Good transport connections - very centrally located. Very short walk to the bakery and bus stop. Beach easily reachable on foot. Shopping options and bike rental around the corner. Balcony with a nice view and afternoon/evening sun. Lower floor well equipped. Cozy furnishings. Bus ticket for the whole week on the island was included - that was great.
