The prices apply for bookings of 3 nights or more; for shorter stays, we charge a 10% surcharge on the overnight price. On New Year's Eve and public holidays, a minimum stay of 5 nights may apply.

The final cleaning costs 89 euros per stay.
Pets cost a flat rate of 30 EUR per animal, a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.

The situation for us is really great. Between the Hermann Monument and Externsteine, with the Falkenburg as a terrace view, totally genius. Plenty of space for everyone, great bathrooms.
Everything is just top!

Next time, a sauna day will be planned.
And in the neighbor's garden, you can see the love for the railway.
We would love to come back.

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely environment

We stayed here in early August. This vacation home is great. The house offers a lot of space (large living room, 3 bedrooms, and playroom with bar, wide balcony, and a very nice garden with sauna and a lot of privacy). The property is well maintained and equipped with all conveniences. The owners are very nice and live next door. The location is also great. Beautiful view and a good base for nice walks and attractions in the area (everything within a 15 to 20-minute drive). The house is not suitable for the disabled. Not only because of the slopes around it but especially because of the stairs in this split-level house. But we will definitely come back here.

Beautiful

We spent 1 week vacation in this beautiful holiday home.

Beautiful and relaxed time!

The holiday home really has everything one desires for a relaxing vacation. It is very clean and lovingly decorated. The beds are very comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen available. The landlords live right next door and are very friendly and helpful. Berlebeck is a beautiful little place where you can hike nicely and has many excursion opportunities. We would book with the Hansemann family again anytime, perhaps already next year in summer. The garden and the beautiful seating area are definitely a dream in the summer.

A vacation apartment to feel good

The holiday home is very spacious. The equipment is exceptionally good, we did not miss anything. Since the apartment goes over three floors, it is not so suitable for people with limited mobility. The service with the drinks is unique, we have not experienced that before. The cleanliness of the apartment was just great, we were really surprised, such a large apartment and then no shortcomings. Great praise. The surroundings were very quiet. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the holiday home.

Real vacation

We enjoyed our holiday in Detmold and especially the house, which had plenty of space and a beautiful view. Everything was actually present and it was all very clean. Good beds and spacious bedrooms. Our host and hostess were very friendly and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and there are nice cities nearby. Something for everyone. In short, highly recommended.

A very relaxing vacation with perfect accommodations.

It was a really nice vacation and the accommodation is simply fantastic. There is nothing missing and the landlords are really lovely people.
If we come back to Detmold (Berlebeck), then again to this accommodation.
Also, the tranquility and the beautiful landscape (view from the balcony) is the ideal place for relaxation.

Super nice stay with dog and family at Falkenburgblick.

Very nice holiday duplex, equipped with great amenities, with a splendid view and a perfect starting point for various excursions. We had a great time, the apartment left nothing to be desired, everything we needed was there. The cozy terrace invites you to linger, on the balcony you can enjoy the sun and the view. Everything was super clean, you just feel comfortable. The landlords are very nice. We were there with five adults and a dog and had plenty of space, enough bathrooms and there is even a great party room and a house bar. Everything is thought of, we can highly recommend the apartment and if we make another holiday in the Teutoburg Forest with its many excursion possibilities, this accommodation would be our first choice.

Dreamy vacation home

We booked this holiday home for a weekend with 6 people. We found a really fully equipped house in a great location with garden, garden furniture, barbecue, balcony, bar, 3 bedrooms, 2 great bathrooms and guest toilet. Everything was there that we wished for. Even several TVs and a small selection of drinks at a good price. From here you can quickly reach Detmold and other places and the numerous sights. We felt super comfortable and would love to come back!

Fantastic

This house has left nothing to be desired for us. The fireplace in the cosy living room is an absolute dream. Together with the wonderful view from the large windows in the living room, our senses were fully satisfied. The house is very bright and flooded with light, which we liked. The beds are super comfortable and the beautiful bathroom with the very large bathtub also invited us to relax. The kitchen has everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the "house bar". We felt very welcome with our dog by extremely nice landlords!
The walking paths start right at the house, but were a rather steep terrain, which we didn't quite like. Therefore only 4 stars. We preferred to go to the surrounding woods to walk and hike, which was very doable.
We would come back anytime. Thank you for the super pleasant short holiday we had in your house!

A beautiful start to the New Year

We arrived with friends and stayed next to our landlords, who welcomed us in a friendly and very welcoming way. We were particularly pleased with the house, which was decorated for Christmas. It was excellently equipped. Especially the large bathroom with rain shower is worth mentioning. The kitchen was also equipped with all the necessary utensils, so we didn't even have to unpack pans and other things. The eagle station is in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely come again to enjoy the Teutoburg Forest.
