On the ground floor…
… there is a fully equipped living room with TV, Wi-Fi, and a fireplace for cozy hours. The spacious dining room seats 12 people. To cater for them, there is a fully equipped comfort kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine (filter & Nespresso), microwave, toaster, and washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with a separate exit, a modern bathroom with shower, as well as the hallway with a practical wardrobe.
On the 1st floor…
… there is the master bedroom with an inviting double bed, a lovely balcony, and a magnificent water view. The second room with a double bed, which can be separated, also has a wonderful water view. The third room with a double bed impresses with a romantic view of an old barn. On the first floor there is also a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub, double washbasin, and a hairdryer.
In the attic …
… there are two nicely furnished double rooms, each with two single beds.

The outdoor area:
The country house on the Achterwasser includes a spacious terrace with a large dining table for 12 people. Deck chairs, sun loungers, and a sunshade are available for relaxation; those who prefer it even cozier can look forward to a hammock and a beach chair.
There is a grill for relaxed BBQ evenings.
Boathouse
The boathouse contains another kitchen with a dining area and a cozy lounge.
Upstairs, another 4 people can be accommodated in the two attic rooms, each with two single beds.
There are no sanitary facilities here. We additionally offer:

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 43 days before the arrival date.
The tenant may cancel the rental agreement free of charge up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. Thereafter, the following costs for the tenant apply: 42-28 days before the rental start 25% of the total rental price, 27-14 days before rental start 50% of the total price, 13-1 day before rental start 80% of the total rental price, unless a re-letting under the same terms is possible. In that case, any cancellation fees will be waived. The refund of any deposits already made will be made no earlier than the original rental start date to an account specified by the tenant. We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Extended Terms and Conditions – Dog Holidays Please note that we rent our holiday accommodations to guests who wish to bring dogs only under certain conditions. By booking our holiday accommodations, you accept these conditions. In the event of clear non-compliance, we reserve the right to withhold a reasonable amount of the paid deposit or issue a reasonable invoice. - Dogs must be house-trained, healthy, free of contagious diseases (vaccination card required), have good character/social behavior, and react calmly to environmental stimuli. - Supervision must be ensured (outdoors & indoors). - "Fighting dogs" are not allowed. - Always keep on a leash outside the accommodation. - By booking, you confirm the existence of liability insurance for dogs covering personal, property, and rental damages: As a tenant with a dog, you are fully liable for all damages caused by your dog! - Please prevent the dog from accessing sleeping areas and living furniture – contamination/damages will be billed separately. - Contaminations must be removed immediately. - Place food/water bowls only on tiled/vinyl floors. - Rough play, chasing/ball games inside the accommodation are prohibited. - Use of sanitary facilities for showering/bathing the dog is not allowed. We built this house ourselves a few years ago and have specialised in building ecological timber-framed houses. We build with clay bricks and clay plaster, just like farmhouses were built in the past.
