Description
The spacious holiday home offers room for a total of 4 adults and 2 children. On the lower floor you will find the central living room with two cosy "Lümmel couches" by the fireplace, TV with DVD and CD player, the dining area, the modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower/WC and a storage room with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hobs and oven, a fridge with freezer combination, a dishwasher, toaster, crockery, kettle and coffee machine.
On the upper floor is the large, tastefully designed bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Two bedrooms each have a double bed and a large wardrobe. The children's room has a double bunk bed and plenty of space to play - even on rainy days.
A 7th extra bed is possible for a baby in a baby travel cot free of charge. A baby bath and a high chair are available for the very youngest guest.
Storage facilities for bicycles are available in the garden.
Unfortunately, bed linen and towels cannot be provided at present. Please bring your own linen.
Two free parking spaces belong to this modern holiday home.

The beach house "Hilda" is located in a small holiday home settlement in the coastal forest. You can reach the wide Baltic Sea beach on foot in just a few minutes
Imagine sitting on your terrace in the evening with a glass of wine and fresh smoked fish and hearing the sound of the sea! The beach house "Hilda" just behind the dunes in Trassenheide offers you plenty of space for relaxing holidays on the sunny island of Usedom. The green property is an ideal playground for the little holiday guests and a cosy place for nice barbecue evenings with the whole family.

| Please call the on-site property management, the Kunde family, 2-3 days before your arrival on 0170/3494678 (e-mail: kunde.) to arrange the handover of keys and to book a linen package if necessary. Services to be paid on site: Final cleaning and optionally booked linen packages 20,00 Euro € plus VAT per person and week, visitor's tax of the municipality of Trassenheide and a deposit of 100,- Euro. Please pay these amounts directly to my house management The house is at your disposal until max. 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please empty the dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker and microwave completely and vacuum the house before departure. If any items in the house are broken during your stay, please inform the house management at the latest on departure The house management is entitled to retain parts of the deposit or the entire deposit according to the additional costs of house cleaning. |

Very nice holiday home in a great location
We were guests at the beach house Hilda for a week in the summer of 2025.
The location is very close to the beach in a private street away from the main road. From the wind-protected terrace, you can hear the sound of the Baltic Sea in suitable weather. With just a few steps, you can reach various restaurants and the concert shell, so everything is very centrally located. The holiday home has a complete set of amenities, which is rarely found. Even consumables for the toilet and kitchen are available. We have cooked and grilled often, everything needed is there. The room furnishings are top-notch, the children's room has a lot to offer, just like what you have at home. You can tell that the owners put a lot of heart and soul into the property.
