Description

The cosy holiday flat offers space for 4 people. 1 x double bed (each 90x200cm), bunk beds in the children's room (each 90x200cm), as well as 1 baby travel cot (Hauck) if required.
The flat is fully equipped and is located at the end of a corridor. The balcony faces the lake (south/southeast). If desired, all rooms can be darkened by roller shutters.
For allergy sufferers possibly interesting: Laminate and tiles are available in the rooms.

Of course, the flat comes with a reserved covered parking space on the property, which can be used free of charge.

Haus Berolina offers lifts, a swimming pool (15 x 8m, water depth 1.35m) which can be used free of charge by our guests during opening hours, solarium, table tennis room, bicycle cellar and several sun terraces. Washing machines and dryers are available in several central rooms for a fee.

We also offer WLAN. Dahme is located in the Lübeck Bay and awaits you with approx. 1600 hours of sunshine per year and a beach promenade of almost 2 km. The great location of the flat in the former fishing village and now Baltic Sea spa Dahme is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions or activities. Enjoy the great offer of the Lübeck Bay in Schleswig-Holstein, let yourself be enchanted by the special flair. Whether on a family holiday or an active holiday: Dahme is simply unique.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 56 days before the arrival date.

Here is the English translation of your text: If the tenant is more than 10 days in arrears with the down payment and/or the remaining payment, the landlord is entitled to cancel the contract without further reason and to rent out the apartment to someone else. For a cancellation (for reasons attributable to the tenant) up to 56 days before the arrival date, an administrative fee of €30 will be charged for the expenses incurred. The same applies in the event of a withdrawal by the tenant. In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal from the contract by the tenant, the following compensation fees apply, provided the apartment cannot be rented to someone else: - 20% of the originally agreed rental price from 8 weeks before the start of the rental period - 50% of the originally agreed rental price if less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period - 100% of the originally agreed rental price if less than 7 days before the start of the rental period A cancellation/termination can only be made in writing (fax, email, or letter). The relevant date is the day the notice is received by the landlord. The landlord will endeavor to rent out the apartment to someone else. If the tenant terminates their stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. It is generally recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Great wellness holiday

We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment. The holiday apartment is superbly furnished. The pool in the basement was also great for our children. We will definitely come back.
