Location and surroundings of object
The holiday-house is situated only 40 m from the fjordside in undisturbed environments. Here you can enjoy the natur and fjordlandscape to the fully.
For instance, a breathtaking waterfall is emerging from the steep mountain above, especially on rainy days.
A 40 minutes hike away from the cottage, you can find a summer mountain house in which you may stay overnight.
The fjord offers perfect fishingpossibilities, a varity of fish is to be found here.
Filitierplatz with running water by the floating-quay.
The cottage is located on a small farm, a rural area called Hestvik, near Kvammen, along road nr 609.
You can take a 3 -4 hours drive by car to Bergen from here, or take the expressboat from Askvoll.
Bulandet, a society at the brink of the Northsea, consisting of irlands only, - can be reached by ferry, also from Askvoll.

Beautiful area with many opportunities by the water as well as on land.

Beautiful holiday
We had a wonderful holiday at Aud and Inge Hestvik's. The location of the house is fantastic. The landlady Aud was very helpful. Thanks again to Aud for the great care. We didn't miss anything, the house had everything or almost everything. We missed a bit the television but otherwise everything was great. We will definitely go back in 2026.

Great!
We had a wonderful time at Aud and her family's place. The house is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The fishing spot caused great enthusiasm. We had mackerel or pollack for dinner on many evenings. Thank you for the lovely time!

The house is in a fantastic location directly on the fjord. The cosy interior also made us feel very comfortable here. There was also a private jetty with a boat and a place to take fish. Everything was very well maintained and clean
Many thanks to the hosts, who gave us a very warm welcome and kept in touch to check on our satisfaction. The wonderful nature, peace and seclusion let us relax wonderfully. There are many possibilities for excursions in the surrounding area. It was a very relaxing holiday in this beautiful place. Thank you!
