In winter, the Gabühel lift connects directly to the extensive Hochkönig ski area, part of the popular Maria Alm–Dienten–Mühlbach ski region. Prefer not to walk? The free ski bus stops only 50 meters from the property and takes you comfortably to the lifts.

The apartment is spacious for 4-6 people and well maintained. Very close to the skibus or you can walk to the skilift in 10 minutes. Very nice and helpful hosts.
