Description

A special flat on the ground floor where you are guaranteed to want for nothing. The living room with a very large FLAT TV with ambilight and a cosy sofa corner (invites you to spend the evenings in front of the crackling fireplace). A special feature of the tunnel fireplace is that you can also enjoy the warming blaze of the flames from the luxurious kitchen. The very high-quality kitchen is equipped with a beautiful cooking island with a large induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, oven with steam....allen cooking utensils, kitchen appliances and a cosy seating area. The 2 bedrooms each have FLAT TVs and box-spring beds, so that you can also end the evening here with a good film. In one bedroom there is a 180x200 metre bed and in the other there are two single beds. The bathroom with a very large shower, WC, washbasin and whirlpool bath (whirl, air and coloured light therapy) is directly accessible from both bedrooms. All rooms can be completely darkened by external blinds and there is a fly screen in every room to avoid unwanted guests. Furthermore, there is a separate guest toilet and the use of washing machine and dryer are possible. A really exclusive flat with additional underfloor heating that is lovingly furnished and where you will want for nothing. Even the large terrace in front of the kitchen is wonderful and it can happen that a chicken wishes you GOOD MORNING or one of our cats looks after you. Here you can start the day with a delicious breakfast or read an exciting book on one of the 2 garden loungers. Of course, a parking space is available on site.
On our estate by the lake there are some animals (cats, dogs, ponies, alpacas, mini pigs,...) and if you feel like it, you are welcome to join in the farm work.
But it is also a dream to sit in the garden and watch the wild animals that come right up to the house (cranes, storks, foxes, barn owls, birds of prey, roe deer, ....)
Our Gutshof zum See is situated in an enchanting little village with 10 houses and a church at the end of a dead-end street. A place where nature is written in capital letters. Here you can really switch off and let your soul dangle.
