We had a wonderful time with our family and grandpa and grandma, enjoying the peace, the birds, and the nice place. The cottage is beautiful and tidy. The beds are very comfortable, and for grandpa and grandma (grandpa has limited mobility), there was a private bathroom downstairs in the bedroom. We look back on our stay with pleasure. The kids had a great time, and so did we!

We had a wonderful stay in the villa! Located in a lush green area, it was the perfect escape from city life. The underfloor heating in the bathrooms was a pleasant surprise, especially in the evenings. We spent a lot of time on the covered terrace enjoying the peaceful view of the garden. The layout was ideal for our family, with enough space for everyone to relax. Moreover, it was just a short drive from De Maashorst for walks, which was a plus. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet vacation!

The villa was comfortable and well-equipped for our needs. It was great to have two bathrooms, which made it easy for our group to get ready in the morning. The children enjoyed exploring the nearby parks, especially Herperduin, which was just a short drive away. We appreciated the clean and tidy environment. All in all, a solid choice for families, although I wish there were more dining options within walking distance.

The heating did not have a constant temperature. There is too little storage space for 6 people. Cushions for the bench are missing. Although it was supposed to be firework-free, there were endless bangs starting at 5 PM!! We had to leave with our anxious dog to avoid the continuous fireworks here. This went on until at least 4 AM! Fireworks were also set off in the parking lot, and the cars were full of rockets. Dogs are allowed in the park, but not in the restaurant.

We had a wonderful friends' weekend. Good sleeping places, a clean little house, nice welcome package for the dogs. An area for improvement would be more light under the canopy so we could sit outside longer. A fence for the dogs and a bit more shelter for more privacy. We had number 92.
