The chalet is located on Lake Bracciano, 30km from Rome. Reachable by car along the Via Veientana (Cassia bis) for those arriving from Rome. Otherwise from the highway following the GPS directions.

Not again
Nothing prepared, dirty, worn out, and broken. Completely unkempt.
Property more like a junkyard...
Area very nice, the pool is also great.
Internet stopped working after 3 days. On the 4th day, there was a break-in at night, and all cash and jewelry were stolen while we slept!
The landlord helped us to stay.
Nevertheless, the price-performance ratio does not match in my opinion. Too expensive for what is offered.

A disappointment
The fenced property has a great view of Lake Bracciano! Beautiful location, absolutely private, nice old olive trees, and the pool right under the veranda! But upon closer inspection: the veranda is made of pressed wood boards, the railing is a joke. The pool hasn't been maintained in three weeks, and the interior of the house hasn't been touched in three years. Mold in the fridge, cobwebs in every corner, broken mosquito nets, dirty toilet, dirty cutlery, drawers and cabinets full of utensils - the worst we have ever experienced in 30 years of vacationing in Italy!
