Description
Tastefully and cozily furnished holiday home in Zeeland (NL). The holiday home is situated in the middle of a garden over 600 sqm in size and offers space for up to 5 people. A small pet is only possible in individual cases and by prior arrangement.
A lovely kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher and a sunny dining area as well as a cozy reading nook complement the living room on the ground floor. This features an inviting seating area, an open fireplace, internet with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a music system (for radio, CD, iPod, MP3), and a DVD/Blu-ray player.
Also on the ground floor are the spacious wardrobe, the shower room, a washing machine, a microwave with convection function, and a second refrigerator (e.g. for your drinks).
Upstairs, in addition to exceptionally ample space in the built-in wardrobes, you will find the three bedrooms. All bedrooms have windows with tilt-and-turn fittings according to German standards. Two bedrooms each have two single beds, and in the third bedroom you will find a 140 cm wide bed. There is also a second toilet on the upper floor.
You will also find many places to relax, read, soak up the sun, and simply feel comfortable on the terrace and in the large garden. A garden table and chairs with matching cushions as well as a sun umbrella are, of course, also part of the tasteful furnishings.
Inside you will also find a constantly changing selection of books, DVDs, CDs, as well as a few games.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located on a corner lot of Park Zeeduin in the middle of a large garden. In addition to the house’s own parking space, there are more parking spots next to the house, e.g., for guests.
The center of Burgh-Haamstede with many shops and restaurants is only a few minutes away (by bike or car). You are also quickly at one of the dune crossings and thus at the sea.
The golf course is diagonally opposite. Various paths lead over the dunes to the expansive beach. The site where our holiday home is located borders directly on a nature reserve (wild ponies).
Further diverse leisure activities are available to you. Whether you are planning an active holiday or a relaxing holiday: here in Burgh-Haamstede you will find everything.
Of course, there are also various shopping opportunities, supermarkets and restaurants in the village and the surrounding area.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation costs are incurred as follows: 15% of the total rental amount up to 3 months before the start of the rental, 50% of the total rental amount up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental, 75% of the total rental amount up to 1 month before the start of the rental, 100% for later cancellation, each plus a processing fee of €30. Should the house be re-rented wholly or partly during the originally booked period after cancellation, a (possibly proportional) refund of the cancellation costs will be made minus a processing fee of €30.

Beautiful Cottage
Very lovingly and personally furnished cottage, we have never experienced such coziness in a holiday home before. Perfectly equipped kitchen, large garden, good location right at the beginning of the dune area. Good starting point for bike tours. Thank you for allowing us to discover and enjoy this gem.

Arrive and relax...
We felt very comfortable in this house as a family with three children. The house is very well maintained and comfortably furnished. In the large, beautifully landscaped garden, the children could play and we could read comfortably. The surroundings are very quiet and beautiful. You can get to the village, the bakery or the beach quickly by bike. The adjacent nature reserve is great for hiking.
There are many small towns in the vicinity, we especially liked Veere and Zierikzee. Rotterdam is about 1 hour away by car. We can recommend a visit to the harbour
A great holiday all round, we will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the house.

Great house in a very good location
This holiday home in the Zeeduin Park impresses with its very tasteful and well-kept furnishings and the large, lovingly planted garden, where you can spend wonderfully relaxing hours. The grounds themselves are quiet and, with a bit of luck, you might even come across a deer or a rabbit or two. A worthwhile dune hiking trail starts right behind the complex, and you can make wonderful tours across the island by bike from the holiday home. We discovered many different beaches, cool beach bars and pretty villages. The bakery is also easily accessible by bike in the morning. It only takes five to ten minutes by car to get to the beach or the small town. Excursions to nearby Veere or Zierikzee are also worthwhile, as are many other places and good restaurants. Tips are available for guests in the house
