The Dünenrose 35b is a small, clean apartment for 2 people. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the lovely terrace and rooftop terrace due to the winter weather. Cutlery, kitchen utensils (from potato mashers to whisks), glasses, plates, cups, pots, and pans are all available in abundance. One doesn't have to wash up right after breakfast (dishwasher), so there are always plates and cutlery available. And everything in good to very good quality and everything clean and well-maintained. We also liked the many little things like two sheets of baking paper in the oven or the small hand soap dispenser in the bathroom. Here, thought is really put into it, so that you can have a carefree vacation. We have recuperated very well and will definitely come back again. The apartment and the staff of Villa Meeresrauschen receive a big compliment from us.

We felt completely comfortable in this holiday apartment. Everything was available, there was a view of the Baltic Sea, a spacious rooftop terrace, and a large balcony with a big table, for example, for breakfast, which we did every morning with friends who had an apartment next door. If we feel like going to Pelzerhaken again, we will make sure to book this apartment again.

We spent a few beautiful days in this accommodation and in this dream location. Nothing was missing, the weather was wonderful with plenty of sunshine, and we were able to enjoy the two terraces and relax for many hours. This atmosphere simply invited relaxation. The rooftop terrace was just amazing. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to spending relaxing days in Pelzerhaken again.

The description of the holiday apartment on the website is completely accurate. The amenities are above average. They really thought of everything. A highlight is the open rooftop terrace with a wind-protected seating area, beach chair, and a wonderful view over the Baltic Sea. Despite shops and restaurants on the ground floor and in the nearby area, it is surprisingly quiet. Those looking for nightlife in the evening are in the wrong place in Pelzerhaken. A bakery and a grocery store can be reached in a few minutes on foot, a large supermarket in a few minutes by car. We can recommend the apartment without reservation due to its location and amenities. The organization went absolutely smoothly.

A perfect, very clean apartment. The location is genius, and you still have peace on the balcony and the rooftop terrace. The beds are very comfortable, as are the couch and the armchair. There is nothing missing, and you can simply enjoy your vacation :) If you have questions or "problems," the staff on site is always friendly and competent. We always like to come back and have even booked the next vacation while on holiday. Of course, also with Hoff ;)

It was the absolute dream. The condition and the furnishings were not only good but "TOP." Nothing was missing. The landlord really thought of everything. The holiday resort Pelzerhaken was marked by fantastic peace. If you wanted more action, you only needed to drive a few kilometers. Unfortunately, we could only properly use the dreamlike rooftop terrace (with beach chair) twice due to the weather conditions. Conclusion: This was not our last vacation in this apartment. We come to Pelzerhaken every year and now for the second time to Villa Meeresrauschen. In the "Dünenrose" apartment, there is nothing you lack! A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a comfortable bed can be found here. The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The highlight is, of course, the large rooftop terrace, from which you can look out over the entire bay. Here you can enjoy the sun from morning until evening. The balcony (at the apartment level) also offers a great view. We will gladly come back!

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The equipment is top! Nothing was missing. Whether hairdryer, iron, coffee capsule machine, coffee machine, toaster, even a raclette was available. There is enough crockery and pots. The two terraces, especially the rooftop terrace, are great. With 2 loungers, seating area, beach chair, and parasol. The location of the apartment is also great. It is only a few steps to the promenade and the beach. The landlords are very friendly and coffee, toilet paper, and dish soap were provided for the first day. We can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. One more thing - the swivel chair in the living room is especially comfortable.

We had a very nice vacation in a comfortable and clean apartment. The large roof terrace with the great view of the Baltic Sea is simply fantastic. An extra bonus are the external shutters, which give a good feeling of security and darken the apartment nicely. Great quiet and perfect location to explore the surroundings by bike. An extra bonus for the bicycle cellar. We can unreservedly recommend the apartment.

We come to Pelzerhaken every year and now for the second time to Villa Meeresrauschen. In the flat "Dünenrose" you lack nothing! A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed can be found here. The entire flat is equipped with underfloor heating.
The highlight is of course the large roof terrace, from which you can look out over the entire bay. Here you can enjoy the sun from morning to night. You also have a great view from the balcony (on the flat level).

A perfect, very clean flat. The location is brilliant and you still have peace and quiet on the balcony and roof terrace. The beds are very comfortable, as are the couch and the armchair.
Nothing is missing and you can simply enjoy your holiday :)
If you have any questions or "problems", the staff on site will help you and are always friendly and competent.

If you are looking for hustle and bustle in the evening, Pelzerhaken is the wrong place. You can reach a bakery and a grocery shop in a few minutes on foot, and a large supermarket in a few minutes by car. We can recommend the flat without reservation because of its location and facilities. The organisation went absolutely smoothly.
