Wir waren schon zweites Jahr hintereinander in diesem Haus und sind immer noch begeistert einfach super alles ist sauber und schön eingerichtet, auch die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich, man kann grillen, wenn man möchte oder was schönes kochen oder sogar backen Alle Mitarbeiter, egal ob an der Rezeption oder Reinigungspersonal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr kompetent. Wir hatten einen kaputten Sonnenschirm, wurde ganz schnell ausgetauscht. Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit Wir konnten uns endlich richtig gut erholen

The house was top furnished. Beautiful terrace with good loungers. Comfortable bathroom with great shower. The highlight was the whirlpool on the terrace. We were there with 4 people and felt very comfortable.

Our three-week vacation in House 50 of the holiday resort Südstrand in August 2015 with four people was very pleasant. The house has two parking spaces, very close to the reception; the house includes a large shed. The property is relatively large. The furnishings of the house are very good and were almost new. The kitchen is small but well-thought-out with good appliances, a normally sized oven, and decent dishes; unfortunately, the refrigerator is not very conveniently placed and quite small. The freezer is not suitable for larger purchases. A small toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine are available, as well as a high-quality microwave. The dining and living room are pleasantly spacious, cozy, and easy to maintain. Mattresses and slatted frames of good quality, the first room has relatively short beds. The room upstairs in the studio can only be reached via a very steep staircase, the space has a strong roof slope and is only very conditionally usable for (multiple) adults. The indoor lighting is good and variable. The terrace furniture is comfortable and practical. A grill is available. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, there is a "guest toilet" where the washer-dryer is located. There is a vacuum cleaner, a broom, and a cleaning bucket; an iron and ironing board are available. It was quiet in the complex during our vacation. You can walk to the wonderful sandy beach in four minutes. The access road was often parked up during the high season. Wi-Fi... the house is located very close to the distributor. Nevertheless, the Wi-Fi quality was not particularly good and was sometimes completely interrupted during peak times. Shopping options are about 1 km away. We were glad there were no evening events in the area; the quiet was great.

Very well equipped, clean & well-maintained accommodation in a nice complex. Everything was available, including a cart for the beach visit with the little one... once the gardens have fully grown in, the outside area will probably be great too. Booking, check-in, and check-out were absolutely seamless and very friendly, including tips for activities. The only downside was the weather... but as is well known, you can't book that anywhere on the Baltic Sea :-)

Very beautiful and cozy furnished house. The beach is quickly reachable on foot. Heating the pool (no hot tub) takes a long time in winter and requires a lot of wood, but it's definitely worth it! We would definitely recommend it :)

Very beautiful modern house with stylish decor. The furnishings and cleanliness were top-notch! There is also a hot pot (wood must be organized and paid for by yourself) and a barrel sauna on the seating area. Operating the hot pot requires sufficient time (filling water, heating = 4 - 6 hours) but it's worth it. The view is greatly limited by the neighboring houses, as the development is relatively densely built. Recommendation: Anytime again for a nice vacation.

Beautiful holiday home - we will come back! Lovingly furnished, there was nothing missing. The Swedish tub and outdoor sauna were the icing on the cake. A tip for future vacationers: We brought scooters for the kids, which made the way to the beach in Rettin (along with the cart from the house) or Pelzerhaken - each with beach chairs - very easy to manage.

The house was very beautiful and clean, modernly furnished, and we felt very comfortable right away. The fireplace provided cozy warmth in the cold temperatures outside. Unfortunately, the sauna was not as expected, as the door was completely warped and could not be closed. We reported this, and hopefully it will be fixed.

In the resort, it was quiet during our vacation. You can walk to the wonderful sandy beach in four minutes. The access road was often blocked during the peak season. WLAN... the house is located in close proximity to the distributor. Nevertheless, the WLAN quality was not particularly good and sometimes completely interrupted during peak times. Shopping possibilities about 1km away. We were glad that there were no evening events in the area, the peace was great.
