We spent wonderful autumn days. The handling was very accommodating and friendly. The house is very cozy, clean, and functionally equipped. The beach is practically at the door. For rainy days, the bus connection to Neustand is also perfectly located. The fireplace and sauna in the house provided a wonderful feel-good factor for cool autumn evenings. The available cart was very welcome for outings on the beach promenade with our 2-year-old son.

We didn't use the sauna in the bathroom because the weather was so nice. For me, a small highlight was the books in the bedroom, as I finished my books faster than expected...

A very nice, well-thought-out little house that leaves no wishes unfulfilled. The stove and sauna were very beneficial for us during the falling temperatures at Easter, and the Easter Bunny had already hidden some chocolate eggs for us beforehand. A great gesture. The house is excellently equipped and located. In 5 minutes, you are at the beach. The sauna and the fireplace are a dream for cool evenings. We had breakfast in the garden almost every day; thanks to the beach chair, it was no problem even on cooler days. The amenities also include great extras like a wagon and beach chairs, a grill, etc. The furnishings are very high-quality and cozy; we felt completely comfortable. The only real problem for us was that we couldn’t put our (small) child to bed in the evenings. we got to sleep very late and he was awake early, so we got little sleep, as the bedrooms, especially now in the very bright season, did not become dark well. For those who are not sensitive to it, it is certainly not a problem.
