We were there from April 15th to 22nd, 2023, with three adults and a dog. A beautiful house that had everything we needed: from a washer-dryer, drying rack, and clothespins to kitchen equipment, everything was there. Overall, it is a house where you can really feel comfortable, and we would book it again in the off-season. In the main season, it might not be as nice since you are right in the middle of everything. The location by the water is great, right at the surf beach. Leash requirement in Pelzerhaken is only from 01.05.23, so we had a lot of fun with our dog. However, there were a few points to note: Only 4 chairs for the outdoor area, although the house is rented for 6 people; cushions for the high-back chairs were stained and needed to be replaced urgently. On the first evening, we noticed that the shower drain was clogged, but this was fixed the next day. The fence doesn't stop larger dogs from jumping over. For smaller dogs, the gap between the back garden gate and the house wall is ideal for escaping. Even our larger dog managed to squeeze through. The process with Urlando was top-notch; everything went smoothly, and we could even move into the house an hour earlier. We would book with Urlando again anytime.

We were already in the holiday home complex for the third time. We enjoyed it very much again. House No. 20 is excellently equipped. It is beautifully decorated and therefore very homely. The conservatory provides additional space and plenty of light in the house. The spacious terrace, equipped with plenty of furniture, is another plus point. There is also a cart in the shed - ideal for trips to the beach. All in all, the house is highly recommended.

Apart from a few minor details, it was a beautiful, spacious, very well-equipped holiday home (3 TVs). Very well-maintained and tastefully furnished. For a house for 4 people, the seating options were unusually generous with a really large sofa and a recliner. Often, in such house sizes, you only find a small two-seater sofa and two small armchairs. Here it was different. We particularly liked the attached winter garden with the dining area! Cozy and inviting. The (very) small kitchen was well-equipped and completely sufficient. Nice for us dog owners was the fenced garden, which was nicely designed and offered privacy. The entire holiday home complex not only made a well-kept impression, but it also gave the feeling of a small village, as the houses were different (cleaned, brick, various colors, and standing in various positions) and not all built in a row. There were plenty of walking paths, and in this season, you could also take the dogs to the vast beach, which was only a few minutes from the house. The very small double bedroom with a floorboard wardrobe as a closet (little space for clothes) took some getting used to. There was a bit more space in the children's room. Just a hook rack in the storage room for jackets. Otherwise, everything was very cozy.

House number 20 is high-quality and lovingly furnished. Only a few small items are missing in the kitchen, but that's not a big deal, as you generally don't want to cook much on vacation anyway. Otherwise, the house is cozy, the garden is securely fenced all around, making it suitable for large dogs as well. The garden furniture is also high-quality and plentiful. There were even 2 bicycles, a high chair, and a crib, as well as a wagon. The winter garden is a very nice seating area for bad weather, but the absolute highlight is of course the private sauna! The house is located in the middle of the holiday village, making it really very quiet. From the holiday village, it takes 5 minutes to get to the surfer beach and 15 minutes on foot to the south beach (and dog beach). Additionally, you can reach Neustadt or Grömitz in just a few minutes by car, which invite you to stroll around. Generally, as a dog family with a big dog, we were treated very kindly everywhere; in all restaurants and in many shops, our dog was welcome, so we could really go shopping.
