Great location, nice and quiet, but just a short distance to the beach, promenade, restaurant, and bakery. The property is perfectly fenced for medium-sized dogs, and they can run around properly on the lawns. Very nice house for 2 people with a dog. For 4 people, an additional comfortable chair would be nice, possibly just for the darker season.

Good edge-of-forest location. Friendly service. More suitable for 4 people and a small child (only a two-seater sofa and an armchair in the living area). 5 minutes to the beautiful beach (near DLRG).

A beautiful, well-maintained house in a quiet location. Everything you need is provided. It’s very nice that hand soap, a small hand towel, dish soap, dishcloth, and kitchen towel are included in the amenities. The house is fenced, making it very suitable for dog owners. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Super location, spacious enough for 4 adults with 1 baby and 2 large dogs. Everything clean, well-maintained, functional. Parking space right in front of the property. Dog- and family-friendly, many waste bag stations and just a few minutes' walk to the dog beach. It was a great vacation...

Beautiful house, lovingly furnished. We have been there several times and always enjoy it. The location is very good, you are at the beach or the promenade in a few minutes. The dining options in the town have also improved a lot.

We were guests at the vacation village Südstrand for the second time. The facility is very well-kept and beautifully located. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the beach, and you can also reach the "center" of Pelzerhaken with its pier and restaurants quickly on foot. The bread roll service at the RV site is excellent. House No. 21 is particularly recommended for dog owners as it is fenced. The attic is great as a playroom for children. All in all, it was a great week in a beautiful holiday home - the only issue was the quality of the mattresses, as the adults often had back pain in the mornings...

We, my husband, our dog, and I, had a very nice week at the Baltic Sea, we will definitely come back again. The holiday home was very nice, very quiet, super equipped (except for the not-so-working vacuum cleaner ;-) ); Everything was top notch!!!

Beautiful, well-equipped little house at the edge of the forest in a quiet, family-friendly holiday resort not far from the beach. Very good kitchen equipment and very good mattresses (yes, that's important too). We felt very comfortable and can recommend it!

The house is very nicely furnished with everything you need on holiday. I particularly liked the fact that the houses and also the gardens are not stupendously identical. Each house and each garden is designed a little differently. I was also grateful for the fenced-in property. Ideal for dogs and even with children you don't have to constantly worry about them disappearing....
