The Solaris facility has been pleasantly renovated. In the hallway and in the rooms, there are now acoustic panels that dampen ambient noise and provide more tranquility. The location in the cul-de-sac ensures relaxation from everyday stress. The beach and shopping options are each about 5 minutes away; I didn't need the car during my stay. I will continue to recommend Solaris as a vacation apartment in Grömitz.

We have been "living in" this apartment for 17 years and have been very satisfied with the previous owner. Since the takeover by the new owner about 10 years ago, they have made renovations and improvements year after year, so the house has now been brought to a contemporary condition. The individual apartments are regularly refurnished and improved. In the event of acute deficiencies or damages, such as broken kitchen appliances, etc. Immediate action is taken to repair or replace with available new devices. Everything goes extremely smoothly with the very friendly and reliable house staff and reception. We have already rebooked our two vacation dates for next year.
