Description

Villa Ena is a cozy house with 4 bedrooms, located just 4 km from the center of the historic city of Pula.

The living area of 250 m2 consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a separate toilet.

Each bedroom is equipped with a bed, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. The fourth bedroom is located separately from the house in a small utility building. As part of this extra building there is a covered summer kitchen, an outdoor table and a barbecue/fireplace. The fourth bedroom also has its own bathroom.

The living room has a large sofa, a TV and air conditioning.
10 people can dine at the dining table.

The enclosed garden of 500 m2 contains a private swimming pool, a summer kitchen with barbecue, an outdoor shower and a slide and swings for the little ones.
