Our private holiday bungalow has approx. 60 m2 and is designed for 3-4 people and is located in the municipality of Süsel OT Röbel between Eutin and Neustadt.
Facilities:
Daylight bathroom with ground-level shower, kitchen with oven and ceramic hob, fridge with icebox, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, coffee machine and much more
Kitchen with dining area and Bluetooth tower, living room with large flat-screen TV + DVD player, stereo with Bluetooth and stick, cosy couch and wood-burning stove.
In the living room there is a small reading corner with a day bed which has a lying surface of 2.00 x 0.80 metres (extendable to 2.00x1.60).
Bedroom with 1.80 x 2.00 metre upholstered bed and a large flat-screen TV.
The bungalow has a cosy and spacious covered terrace with seating, which invites you to have a barbecue,
the garden can also be used for relaxing.
WLAN/ WIFI are a matter of course
Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
The property is under camera surveillance.
There is a carport on the property for parking bicycles.
Washing machine, dryer and a rotary dryer in the garden can be used by arrangement.
Location
This holiday bungalow is located in Süsel in the district of Röbel, about 5 kilometres from Eutin. The rose town of Eutin, Weimar of the North, is the district town and centre of Holstein Switzerland with approx. 17,000 inhabitants and not only has all utilities, but is also the historical and cultural centre of the region. The castle, the picturesque old town houses and the unique forest and lake landscape make Eutin and the surrounding area a sought-after holiday destination. The over 770-year-old harbour town of Neustadt in Holstein is also in the immediate vicinity. Today, it is not only characterised by the municipal harbour, but with more than 1,500 berths in the town harbour, the romantic circular harbour and the 5-star Ancora Marina, Neustadt is an important sailing centre in the region. Fish sandwiches at the harbour, home-brewed beer and many other culinary delights with fantastic views - that is pure holiday feeling.
The Baltic Sea beaches of Sierksdorf / Haffkrug /Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand are approx. 7 km away, Lübeck and Kiel approx. 35 km and Hamburg approx. 80 km.
The countryside invites you to take extensive walks in the woods and nature, and there are also numerous opportunities to explore the area by bicycle.

Prices:
The rent is 99€ / day plus one-time 55€ final cleaning and 15€ for bed linen and towels per person. A deposit of 200€ is to be paid additionally.
Our bungalow is a non-smoking property, smoking in the house is not permitted.
However, there are several, also roofed, possibilities to smoke outside.
Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the moment, as we have a cat and a dog living on our property.
***If you have a dog that can get along with other dogs, a dog would not be a problem
Both are very open-minded and love people.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
