Dear holiday guests,
our holiday home is 100 m² in size, offers optimal comfort for 4 people and is equipped with a balcony.
On the ground floor there are 2 beautiful bedrooms that invite you to dream, as well as a bathroom with bidet and a guest toilet.
A staircase leads you upstairs, where a cosy, large, bright living room awaits you.
This is lovingly furnished and has a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen and separate dining area. A flat screen TV and a radio.

You have chosen the beautiful rose town of Eutin. The holiday home at Königsberg is in a quiet location, yet right in the middle of the action
From the holiday home you will quickly find your way to the large Eutin Lake, it is only a few steps through the park, which invites you to linger.
A short walk along the Great Eutin Lake will take you to the market square, which is well worth seeing. Here you will find cafés, restaurants, ice cream parlours and many small shops.

Eutin is very centrally located. The Baltic Sea is only a stone's throw away, the North Sea can be reached in approx. 90 min. The state capital Kiel is 45 min. away and Lübeck can be reached in 30 min
Eutin is picturesquely situated in the middle of a lake district.
You can cycle to the surrounding towns of Plön, Malente, Bosau, to name but a few, via well-signposted cycle paths. Sights and attractions include the Bräutigamseiche (known from radio and television), the Eutin Festival, the hunting lodge on the Ukleisee and the many hiking and cycle paths.

Everything is great!!

A very nice and spacious holiday apartment. Nothing was missing. Everything is available to feel comfortable :-). Everything is easily reachable on foot. Very nice little town and a very beautiful castle. Should be seen! You can also quickly get to the Baltic Sea. Very nice landlords! ☺️

Wonderful holiday home,

We were 10 days in Eutin in the holiday home of the Balkau family.
Everything was perfect. We were personally welcomed, cold drinks and homemade cake were ready in the house.
The holiday home is well equipped and absolutely clean.
The location is also perfect. In less than 5 minutes on foot, you are at the lake or in the marketplace.
You can also easily take some longer trips from here. Kiel, Laboe, Schleswig, Lübeck, or Fehmarn, all no problem. We enjoyed the 10 days in the holiday home and felt completely comfortable.

Pure relaxation in Eutin

We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Balkau and received with homemade cake. Drinks were already in the fridge. The Balkau couple is very likable and helpful. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It is very bright and cozy. Fortunately, we were able to use the balcony all week from morning to evening. We went cycling daily (Haffkrug/Baltic Sea, Plön, Bungsberg). The location is simply fantastic. The city center, castle, and Eutin Lake are practically on the doorstep. The city and the area are simply perfect for relaxation. We had a wonderful vacation and are completely satisfied.

Beautiful holiday

The vacation rental has a good location. We had a lovely week. With the cold weather, we always looked forward to the warm apartment. We were welcomed with a homemade cake and wine. We slept very well in the beds. The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi in some areas.

Holiday in Eutin

We were warmly welcomed by the landlady upon our arrival in Eutin, and she showed us around the nice house. The beds were already made and we could settle in right away. We especially enjoyed the delicious freshly baked apple cake. The holiday house is centrally located in the city center of Eutin, but still very quiet. Shops and the lake with its beautiful park are easily accessible on foot.

Dreamlike vacation apartment / vacation home

Super beautiful holiday home with everything your heart desires with perfect equipment. Great location to the city center of Eutin and to the castle and lake. The hosts are very warm-hearted and welcomed us with freshly baked cake and wine. A holiday home to feel good.

Recovery from the start

In this holiday home, you can feel that the very friendly landlords, who are always willing to provide information, put their heart and soul into their work.
The flat is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need during your stay. The central yet quiet location is ideal for exploring the sights of Eutin as well as a starting point for a variety of hikes or bike tours in nature. We will be happy to come back.

It was perfect

The flat is very cosy and equipped with everything that makes a holiday pleasant. The beds are very comfortable. We slept well and the bedroom is nice and cool in summer. The location is perfect for trips to the many lakes. We were out and about with the bikes and could start the tours at the front door. The lake, the castle, the old town - everything is within easy walking distance. But the best thing is the friendly and very accommodating landlords. They cleared the bike room for us and were always there to help and advise. They sweetened the start of our holiday with a welcome table and homemade apple pie. We will be very happy to come back.
