Living room: with sofa bed, cot, pellet stove, radio, TV/Sat, secure internet access (WiFi), ceiling fan.
Conservatory usable as a dining room.
1 bedroom with 2 beds, air conditioning
1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, air conditioning.
Bathroom on the ground floor: renovated in 2019, shower, toilet, double washbasin with cupboards and fixed hair dryer
1st floor:

Large panoramic terrace with mountain views and sea views

for 1 car and 2 parking spaces in front of the garage

Bicycles are available for free use in the garage.
Since June 2023: Operation of a photovoltaic system to produce electricity with storage. This means you can practically use 100% of your own green electricity!

Vicinity:
Garden (1600 m2) with lawn, trees and palm trees, ping-pong table and children's swing. Large covered terrace with barbecue, garden furniture (large table, chairs and loungers), swimming pool: 9.5 x 4.5 meters with garden shower. Additional parking space in the garden.
From the month of May, a water temperature of 25°C can be expected in the pool.
As standard, the air conditioning is available from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.
As additional options, you can book operation from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for 20 CHF per week, or unlimited use for 50 CHF per week.
The pellet stove and the built-in air conditioning units (inverters) are ideal for heating in the cold season. A mobile gas oven can be added as support. The internal temperature can be increased by 2-3°C within an hour!

The property has a direct neighbor only on the northern side.

Beautiful oasis south of Tarragona

We have been enjoying our holidays regularly in this house for several years now. It offers all the amenities that we expect during our holidays. Pool, air conditioning, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, etc. In addition, there are many attractions around the house, with the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona to the north, as well as Valencia to the south. By car, both restaurants and shopping opportunities, as well as gas stations, can be reached in neighboring towns Hospitalet & L'amettla de Mar within a few minutes.
