Our beautiful holiday cottage is located on the Westerweg in the lovely Ouddorp aan Zee. For lovers of nature, beach and sea, endlessly beautiful landscape under Dutch skies, there is hardly a more beautiful environment imaginable. Ouddorp is surrounded by sea, dunes and thousands of hectares of nature. Nowadays it bears the chic title of seaside resort, but Ouddorp has mostly remained itself; a paradise for people seeking peace and relaxation. Behind the dunes, just outside the village, our luxury holiday cottage is located in a quiet area; and within walking or cycling distance of the beautiful, and once again cleanest! beach in the Netherlands. The holiday cottage is suitable for 2 adults (with possibly still 1 (minor) child) and fully equipped; a complete kitchen with all desired built-in appliances, inventory, Nespresso machine, kettle; cozy living room and snug bedroom with double bed (160x200) overlooking the meadow behind complete the picture. Attention has also been paid to the bathroom. There is also a sleeping loft accessible via a small staircase in the living room (here, if desired, an extra... still 1 (minor) child sleeping); in this sleeping loft there is also a double bed (140x200). Towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, toilet paper, kitchen roll, garbage bags are provided; as well as a high chair. Outside you can also enjoy yourself on the spacious veranda with various seating areas and a parasol. There is also a small gazebo in the garden where you can relax in the shade, for example, read a good book or have a barbecue. There is a covered area for storing (electric) bicycles; there is also a power outlet where batteries can be charged. Fully equipped with all conveniences! There is also a double parking space for cars. In short, a wonderful spot if you love peace and space. Pets are not allowed. Arrival always from 2:00 p.m.; departure always at or before 10:00 a.m.

Het huisje is zeer rustig gelegen met vrij uitzicht op grasveld/weide. Op loop,-/fietsafstand van het strand met duinen. Het centrum met de gezellige winkelstraatjes en diverse restaurants is ook op loop,-/fietsafstand bereikbaar.

Cancellation terms:
If a final reservation is canceled, cancellation fees are due. If canceled within four weeks of the booking date, the fee is €50.00. If canceled up to six weeks before the arrival date, there will be no refund of the deposit. If the remainder of the payment has also been made, a 50% refund of the total amount applies if cancellation occurs up to four weeks before the arrival date. If the cancellation takes place up to two weeks before arrival, the refund is 25% of the total amount. If canceling after two weeks, or later before arrival, there will be no refund.

Everything is good all around.
Starting with the booking, a friendly and correct service. Warm welcome. Own private parking, modern and clean house with a beautiful outdoor area. Contact with the hosts always possible and helpful via WhatsApp.
In summary: anytime gladly again!

Very nice vacation home with everything you need.
A beautiful, very clean little holiday home with very nice and friendly landlords. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the holiday residence.

We are Kick and Diane and are the proud owners of the vacation cottage Huisje dichtbij Zee. We have designed and built the cottage ourselves. On 1 July we started renting out the cottage. We live in Ouddorp for 5 years and our dream has always been to build a cottage so others can enjoy all the beauty that Ouddorp offers. We live in a quiet area with the beach within walking / biking distance. For us, Ouddorp is always the ultimate vacation feeling. Hopefully you will experience this too!
