We had a good experience in this chalet. It was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a nice living room. The underfloor heating was a nice addition during the cold evenings. Although the surrounding park was charming for walks, we appreciated the quick access to the city for restaurant options. Overall, a solid choice for a family getaway.

I found this place amazing! Super spacious and the large windows let in so much light. Moreover, the location is perfect: easy access to nature and the city. Ideal for a getaway with friends, 10/10 I recommend it.

What was disappointing is that there was no or incomplete description of the appliances in the house: for example, search by telephone, enter a QR code and then enter the type of ETNA induction plate to find a simple operation of the hob, I just find it customer unfriendly. There were a few other ambiguities that could have been avoided with simple descriptions and then the start is much more pleasant. I am the first to complain about this (and I can't imagine that) according to the counter employee, who remained very friendly.
