Villa 'Le Fontanelle', renovated in April 2022, is a single villa with lake view, restored in accordance with Lombard rural architecture; it has a loggia and a porch, both in wood and with lake view, rooms with wooden beams and typical furniture.
Spread over a gentle hill in Franciacorta, villa 'Le Fontanelle' enjoys a view of Lake Iseo. It features a large garden with swimming pool, a vineyard, terraces with lake view equipped with barbecue and dining table. Nota bene:
- The villa is not suitable for people with mobility issues due to the presence of internal and external stairs.
- All the bedrooms are located on the first floor.
- The 3 bathrooms are distributed as follows: inside the house there is one bathroom on the ground floor and one bathroom on the first floor; the third bathroom is not connected to the house, it is located in the basement and is accessible only from the garden.

Location and surroundings of object
Our country house overlooking the lake is located at Paratico (a popular tourist destination on the Lake Iseo, in the famous production area of Franciacorta wine) and it is also located in a nature protected reserve among the hills (a few steps from the lake shores where the are cafés to have breakfast and supermarkets open every Saturday and Sunday).
Villa “Le Fontanelle” is just 5km from the highway A4 Milano/Venezia and only 20 minutes from Milano/Orio al Serio airport, which makes it very easy to reach us and to visit the main art cities (Venezia, Verona, Milano and Bergamo).
In addition, our holiday home was built on the renowned Franciacorta Wine Route called Strada del vino; it is therefore ideal as home base for a wine tasting exploration tour of the area.
So, what are you waiting for? Stay with us and enjoy your spare time at local food restaurants, legendary wineries, pubs, discos or public children's playgrounds or other nearby facilities open all week long!

- The pool is open from the end of May until September 30th every year.
- Optional use of heating (in April, May, and October) has an extra cost of 100 euros per stay.
- Checkout must be completed by 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleaning and to welcome the next guests. Delays will incur a penalty of 100 euros.
- If waste is not disposed of correctly according to the provided instructions, a fee of 100€ will be charged. - Every evening, water must be added to the pool. For damage to the water’s cleanliness, a fee of €300 will be charged.

Spacious house in a quiet location with a view of the lake.
If you have found the way and overcome the bad distance, you will find a large house in a well-kept garden that leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled. The photos match the atmosphere. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Beautiful house with a great view
The detached house is beautifully furnished, the garden is very well maintained and the view of the lake is fantastic!
The hosts are very friendly and helpful, we felt very comfortable.
