Modern villa Mare Exclusive is located on the outskirts of the suburb Spadici near Porec, only 700 m from the sea and 2 km from the city center. The villa (semi-detached) has fenced plot with wonderful 50m2 large infinity pool, sunbeds, covered terrace with barbecue fireplace, table and chairs for outdoor dining and the other with a lounge set.
The special feature of the house is the enchanting sea view already from the garden and ground floor as well as from all floors so you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. Thanks to its location Villa Mare Exclusive is an ideal vacation home for vacation in Porec, relax in peace and quiet but at the same time only 10 minutes walk to the beach, store, restaurant and other leisure facilities. The landlord occasionally lives in other half of the house, but the garden and pool area are available for exclusive use. Villa Mare Exclusive is a vacation home with pool of 200 sqm area on three luxurious and designer furnished floors. The first floor includes the living room with fireplace and plenty of natural light through the large glass walls, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. From the living room you can access the beautiful terrace above the wonderful pool. On the second floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet and satellite TV and on the second floor there is another double bedroom with its own special wellness bathroom from which you can enjoy the sunset through the glass wall. Thanks to the large glass surfaces this villa offers a magnificent view from all rooms. On the ground floor there is also a small gym with satellite TV available.
