Description
Cozy holiday home with Mediterranean and breathtaking flair in the Croatian region of Dalmatia, available for private exclusive use.
The living area is 135 m2 on 1 floor. Beautifully and comfortably furnished.
3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with very comfortable box spring beds and one 3-bed room, 1 living room, kitchen-dining room, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate guest toilet.
The accommodation is suitable for 8 people (two families). Large well-kept garden with various trees, flowering bushes, a beautiful olive grove, and a fountain.
Additionally, two outdoor showers (hot and cold water), 2 terraces approx. 80 m2 with large tables with chairs, seating set, garden swing. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
Several parking spaces are available on the property free of charge. It is also possible to park a boat trailer on the property. The amenities include:
Satellite TV in the living room (all common German TV channels and additional European channels available), internet, refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, iron, hairdryer, microwave, and leaves nothing to be desired.
The house is located in the small village of Sukošan, 70 m from the sea. The distance to the center is 1.2 km. Restaurant, fast food, pizzeria, cocktail bar, bakery and grocery store are about 100 m away.
The nearest ambulance service is 1.5 km away. The holiday house offers its guests absolute privacy and a beautiful fenced garden with an extra large courtyard, which is ideal for relaxing moments.
The Pine Holiday House is a perfect accommodation for two families. From Zadar, daily boat trips to the Kornati Islands are organized; the national parks Plitvice, Krka, and Paklenica can be visited on a day trip.
The aquapark FUN PARK BIOGRAD is only 18 km from the accommodation.

The house is located in the small town of Sukošan and is 70 m from the sea. It is 1.2 km to the center. Restaurant, fast food hut, pizzeria, cocktail bar, bakery, and grocery shopping are about 100 m away, the nearest clinic is 1.5 km away. The holiday house offers its guests absolute privacy and a beautiful fenced garden with an extra large courtyard, ideal for relaxing moments.
The Pine Holiday House is perfect accommodation for two families. But I am sure that most of the time when they are not at the beach, they will spend on the large terrace.
Boat trips to Kornati are organized daily from Zadar, National Park Plitvice, Krka, Paklenica can all be organized as day trips.
In the old town of Zadar there are several sights. Roman Forum, pre-Romanesque Church of St. Donatus, famous Five Wells, a beautiful promenade by the sea, as well as the modern facility of the unique Sea Organ. In other words, you have everything you need to enjoy your vacation without worries.

A relaxing week
This is ideal for several people! Everything is available and a large property!! Specially suitable for families with children!! Short distances to the sea and to food! Shopping options nearby!! It should also be mentioned that disabled people can live without problems.

Great house with everything you need for a family vacation.
Especially enough space to dry everything after a day at the beach...
We were there with 6 people (4 adults, 2 children aged 2 and 4 years). In our opinion, it would be too cramped for more guests.
Very nice German-speaking landlords.

Very nice vacation
The pine holiday house was very well maintained and everything you need is available. The landlords were super nice and could answer all our questions in German. The terrace was very large and cozy in the evening with a glass of wine. We were 2 families with 2 children each (2, 3, 5, 7). The large garden with trampoline, sandbox, basketball hoop, and soccer goals was a hit with the kids when the beach weather wasn't good. To the beach (stony - everything is great with water shoes) it's just a few steps, or you can take a trip to another great beach. In Nin, we found a beautiful sandy beach with the mountains in the background. Bakeries and smaller supermarkets are easily reachable on foot, or Kaufland, Lidl, and Spar by car in Zadar (about 20 min.). We had a wonderful vacation and would love to come back.

Excellent vacation!
This property is very suitable for families. The house was very clean and is very well equipped. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. Our children especially had a lot of fun at the beach and jumping on the trampoline! The property is very large and has plenty of space to play. The fountain provides a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere.
We can recommend the holiday home and will come back next year.

Very beautiful holiday home; Very beautiful vacation
We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation (2 families, 4 adults, 4 children) in this dreamlike, quietly located, well-maintained, and lovingly furnished holiday home.
Everything you need is there... just like at home :-). . . . a huge beautiful garden. It is very clean, absolutely nothing is missing, and the entire setup and layout were simply perfect for us.
The beach is just a few minutes away and really nice. The landlords are very nice, we had a very friendly welcome... and farewell.
The place itself offers several restaurants, two smaller shopping options, and smaller fruit and vegetable stands where farmers sell fresh goods.
We will come back soon :-)
