Our holiday terraced house
Our lovingly furnished holiday terraced house, in Carolinensiel, is only a few minutes' walk from the Kurmittelhaus. Our holiday terraced house, built in 1996, offers enough space for up to 5 people and a small child to relax on 70 sqm
Bed linen and towels can be rented on request for a fee.
Please understand that pets are not allowed in our house.
Ground floor:
An open plan living space, integrating kitchen, living and dining room Guest WC is also located on the ground floor
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and fridge with freezer compartment. In the storage room there is a washing machine with dryer
A high chair for children is available.
In the living room you will find a colour TV, radio and DVD player
The upper floor
On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds or a roller shutter
In the first bedroom there is a double bed and a cot. This bedroom has a TV, and there is also a changing table
In the second bedroom there is a bed. A desk for painting and handicrafts is also available
On the first floor there is another bedroom with a queen-size bed.

The state-approved North Sea resort of Carolinensiel is the North Sea resort with 3 harbours. The Old Harbour, founded in 1730, is located in the idyllic centre of the village. In its heyday in the 18th and 19th centuries, it was the second-largest East Frisian sieving and trading harbour and was of great importance for the entire shipping industry. Today it is the centre of the German Sielhafen Museum and Museum Harbour, where many original historic sailing ships lie at anchor. A maritime walk leads along the spa promenade along the Harle River for exactly .30 metres from the historic Old Harbour via the Friedrichsschleuse with marina directly to the open North Sea, where the crab cutters are moored in the harbour. The large ferries to the island of Wangerooge also depart from there. An extremely shallow beach awaits you in Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, just right for families with children and the worldwide uniqueness of the Wadden Sea. In addition to the sandy beach, Carolinensiel has a heated open-air seawater pool directly on the beach, Haus des Gastes with indoor saltwater pool, sauna, medical bathing department and spa treatments, children's playhouse, spa garden. You can take boat trips, go fishing, horseback riding, cycling on a seemingly endless network of cycle paths, tennis, mini-golf, pedal boats and rowing boats are available. There is no shortage of children's playgrounds. In the Haus des Gastes there is regular childcare, play and handicraft afternoons. There are numerous hiking trails, many benches invite you to rest and linger, as do the cafés, tea rooms, coastal smokehouses and cosy restaurants.

A very nice holiday home with very good amenities. Unfortunately, it is not clearly stated in the description that the garden and entrance must be shared with the neighbor. The gas boiler unfortunately makes such loud banging noises that it keeps one from sleeping. Some nice large cushions on the great couch would also be great for comfortably lying down in the evenings. Furthermore, I have never experienced having to take the garden furniture out of the wooden hut myself and then having to put everything back in. Unfortunately, the pole to extend the sunshade on the balcony is also missing. If all these small defects were corrected, it would be great.

Super Ferienhaus
The holiday home can only be recommended, it has everything you need. The warm welcome with a set coffee table, just great. Everything is really available in the holiday home and you can make yourself comfortable in the garden in a beach chair. You can reach the harbor in a few minutes and it's only a 25-minute walk to the beach. You have to share the garden with the neighboring house, each has their own half, but it was not a problem. We will definitely come back.

What(t) more could you want
We were very enthusiastic about this beautiful holiday flat, which made our first holiday as a family possible in the best possible way. Starting with the warm welcome of a laid coffee table, where you only had to make your coffee and then arrive. The flat has everything you could wish for, from a coffee maker and dishwasher to a washer-dryer and temperature-controlled kettle (perfect for baby bottles). Detergent and dishwasher tablets are also provided. There is a very well-maintained fenced garden where the children can play nicely. If this is not enough, there is a great playground directly behind the garden! There is also a garden house with a beach chair, garden furniture and a trolley. The house is quite modern and furnished with love down to the last detail
We will gladly come here again for a great family holiday and can recommend it with a clear conscience! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

very beautiful house, perfect for children
We spent a very pleasant holiday week with our children (2 years old) in the holiday home of the Klaudy family. The house is well-maintained, modern, yet cozy, offering ample space for a family with young children. The garden is (almost) completely surrounded by a hedge, making it great for letting small children play outside. A nice playground is right outside the door, and the way to the village is short. We could safely store our bikes in the shed. There is also a great beach chair and a handcart for the children.
We have been completely satisfied and will gladly come back next year.
