Mixed. The view of the harbor was nice. But: From another apartment, there were very loud noises every day that sounded like moving or pushing furniture, especially after 11 PM. In addition, starting in the morning until the evening, there was constant loud talking and laughter coming from the expanded kiosk located diagonally below the apartment, which increasingly bothered me.
