Der Begriff Villa ist ja nicht geschützt und weckt vermutlich falsche Erwartungen. Tatsächlich ist es ein gut renovierter Altbau. Wir kennen das Haus vom vorbeigehen seit vielen jahren, eins der älteren laboe-häusern. Es ist sehr aufwendig so ein Gebäude fertig zu renovieren, hier ist bereits viel erreicht und auch noch Raum für die Zukunft. Insgesamt hat es uns aber gut gefallen.
