Our family really loved this apartment! The kids had fun at the nearby beach, and we appreciated the convenience of the marina right outside the door. The living space was perfect for family dinners, and having two balconies was a lovely bonus. Would definitely come back!

The accommodation was in a fantastic location. From the kitchen, the view of the boats and from the living room, the water and beach. Beach sounds huge but it is located in a kind of bay and at low tide, there is a good stretch of beach where families can stay. Since the apartment is so ideally located, one could theoretically go swimming and then sunbathe on one of the 2 balconies. You have to have your phone with you at all times, otherwise you can't get into the house/apartment. It annoyed me a little that I didn't want to take my phone with me all the time. There was also a lack of a well-established recycling option. There was no container for plastic available or maybe bags for collecting, and since a lot of plastic is used in the Netherlands, the trash bag filled up quickly and everything had to be disposed of together. The beds were comfortable and I could sleep well. There was a small closet where I couldn't fit everything. There were also too few options in the bathroom to hang up towels or other items. There is also an air conditioner for the summer. Jumbo is a very well-stocked store and has many great things. Since we were there in the off-season, I didn't see any snack stands or pizzerias. Too bad. There are plenty of excursions to take, and there are many beautiful places. We were very satisfied.

We had a great time in Sint-Annaland during the New Year's celebrations. The views from the apartment were breathtaking. On one side was the Oosterschelde and on the other the harbor. It was mostly peaceful, apart from the New Year's fireworks that lasted three days. We appreciated that we had a small beach right in front of the house, perfect for walking with our dog. The dike offered miles of walking paths. The apartment was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. The app to open the doors seemed impressive at first, but became frustrating because it often took several minutes to connect. We eventually used the key box map.

I had a really nice stay at Vista Maris. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, and I loved waking up every morning with a view of the marina. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a coffee maker. The only downside was maybe the parking situation, but we managed well. I would definitely come back!

The view from the balcony is the highlight of this place! Waking up facing the port and the sound of the water was incredibly refreshing. The apartment was clean and had a warm atmosphere. I would definitely come back!
