Modern and energy-efficient vacation home in Hvide Sande, built in 2023.The floor plan of the holiday home consists of a cozy living room that is open to a lovely and well-equipped kitchen and dining area with a rustic plank table and matching stylish and comfortable dining chairs. The living room has direct access to a beautiful 50 m2 enclosed wooden terrace with garden furniture. An ideal place to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine outdoors.The activity room has both air hockey and darts, where competitive vacationers can really let loose. On the ground floor, there are two bright and inviting bedrooms, both with double beds. There is also a beautiful bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer, as well as an extra toilet and a small entrance hall with plenty of storage space. The holiday home also has a lovely bedroom with a double bed on the first floor, as well as a loft - also with a double bed. The holiday home has been awarded energy label A.With a central location in the charming and lively fishing village of Hvide Sande, there are always experiences within reach. In addition to the charming harbor environment, the town has a rich café and shopping life.An extremely nice vacation home just waiting to create great vacation memories for the whole family.Free final cleaning.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Very beautiful house with a large living room. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it was perfect. The terrace was nice for morning coffee. The only downside was that the heating took a while to warm up, but we survived!
