Super holiday apartment

Now we were already the 2nd time in the holiday accommodation of the Derksen family.
We can truly say that the landlords ensure that you can feel really comfortable.
The personal welcome, the fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, the great living room, bathroom, and balcony, hand and bath towels in sufficient quantity... and much more.
The pool is fantastic and the few meters to the great beach are simply brilliant (beach chairs and sand toys for the kids are also available). The beach is also not overcrowded, you have no problems finding a nice spot.
We wish Jan and Edith some really great and nice holiday guests.
For all those undecided: Give it a try. It will definitely be a great vacation.

Delightful apartment; nice surroundings!

Very nice apartment on the Costa Blanca! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our time here.

The beach is a two-minute walk away, but when the sea is (still) a bit too cold, there is a lovely pool right at the door. The high hedge provides shelter and privacy. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped. The beds are nice to sleep in, and after a day in the heat, you can refresh yourself under the rain shower.

There is plenty to do in the area. A lunch in Moraira, Saturday market in Jalón, walking to the lighthouse of Elbir or wandering through the shopping streets in Dénia. And an hour's drive away is Valencia, a city that is definitely worth a visit.

Jan and Edith, thank you for the good care. We will definitely come back!

A Fantastic Creator Vacation

Landed in Valencia on time, received the rental car, and after a short hour, the Derksen family welcomed us personally. We were greeted with chilled drinks, small snacks, and a lot of friendliness. The apartment complex is located almost directly on the beach; it's a small, lovingly maintained complex with a beautiful pool. The apartment is fully equipped, with bed linen, towels for the bathroom and the beach, a coffee machine, microwave, oven, washing machine, air conditioning, etc. Even beach chairs, toys for the kids, and a grill are available. Shopping, dining, and shopping are no problem 24/7, with great beach bars, good fish, and paella available on-site! The whole environment made it a really wonderful vacation, to which our great hosts and the fantastic surroundings made a significant contribution. We will come again. See you soon and goodbye.

Awesome!!!

Had a great stay with the hospitable hosts Jan and Edith in Denia. The apartment looks super clean and has everything, even a washing machine. A good base to take a day trip to the city of Valencia, and also Moriara, Altea, Xabia, and Calpe are worth a visit. From the apartment, you are right at the beach. In short, had a super fun vacation and we definitely plan to come back to Jan and Edith in Denia.

Perfect vacation

We can recommend this apartment 100%. Personal check-in, very important for getting to know each other. No key box as is usually the case. Very, very nice and warm landlords, Edith and Jan. One does not expect such friendliness. Always and immediately reachable. The apartment itself is spotless, very modernly furnished, and decorated with great attention to detail. Also, with the painted pictures by Edith, compliments!!! Plenty of bed linen, towels, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning. Washing machine.
Well-secured facility.
Very nice pool, nice neighbors. Path to the beach 3 minutes. Shops, restaurants within walking distance, if you like to get around on foot.
Kilometer-long beaches. Wonderful.

We thank Edith and Jan for allowing us to experience their apartment. And we were not there for the last time.
We wish them only nice guests who will appreciate all of this.

The best vacation home we have ever rented.

Before booking the apartment, we extensively reviewed all the reviews and it looked good.
Indeed, from the start of the inquiry, we had a good exchange with Jan and Edith. Everything went smoothly and we received prompt responses.
Even before we started our trip, we were reminded that we were welcome.
Despite the late arrival time, Jan and Edith were waiting for us at the gate of the private parking. What a luxury; we were right by the entrance of the apartment on the first (and also second to last) floor of the building. The apartment was very neat and tastefully decorated. Exactly what we wanted. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, citrus juicer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, too much to mention. There was also a well-functioning air conditioning and there are plenty of bed linens and towels available.
There are even herbs and various household products available.
They had also provided some drinks and a bottle of wine to welcome us. A warm reception.
As we had read, the beach is also nearby. A very quiet beach, well maintained and with lifeguards keeping an eye on things. The water was pleasantly warm.
The same went for the pool and the garden. Well maintained, spacious, and clean. We almost had it all to ourselves. And with the swimming pool facility, you can swim until midnight.
And what's more, with our rental car, we visited Dénia, Alicante, Benidorm, Calpe, Javea...
We will have to return because there is still so much to see in that region.

Location Denia

After a warm welcome from Edith and Jan, we had a very nice stay. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, nothing is missing in this apartment, there is also very good bedding and a beautiful pool with shade! A great vacation, super nice landlords.

Vacation couldn't be better. Everything with great attention to detail. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Even the great welcome, as well as the little attentions. We didn't expect that, and had never experienced it like that before. The kitchen is more than well equipped. The beds are simply great. Hand, bath, and beach towels are plentiful. The location to the beautiful, gently sloping beach is simply fantastic and not overcrowded! Also worth mentioning is the beautiful pool area. Great winter holiday

Absolutely recommendable! A beautiful vacation apartment with very good equipment beyond the ordinary. The furnishings are very comfortable and personally decorated. Edith and Jan are great hosts and very attentive to the well-being of their guests. The complex is very well maintained with a swimming pool. Closed facility with parking and storage room for bicycles. The beach is only 50m away. A great starting point for many beautiful trips nearby by bike and car. A wonderful place to spend the winter. Very comfortable and clean apartment, beach around the corner and the ideal base for trips in the region.

It was a wonderful stay in this modern apartment that is fully equipped and conveniently located. The beach is around the corner, the main roads are easy to reach, and there is a large Lidl nearby. Comfortable beds, nice modern kitchen with extensive kitchenware, and modern bathroom, washing machine, WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating, terrace, everything very comfortable. The apartment has a pleasant atmosphere and it is nice and quiet. Edith and Jan are wonderful hosts, the contact was very pleasant, both during the booking and preparation as well as during check-in and check-out, we felt more than welcome.

Feeling comfortable from the first moment.

The arrival at Edith and Jan's apartment was like arriving at friends. We have never had such a warm welcome in any vacation rental. The apartment is very cozy. Everything you need is available. Sufficient towels, enough dishes and cutlery. Even garbage bags and spices are available in the cupboard. It is very clean. Parking is available on the premises. It is not far to the sea. We highly recommend this apartment. We wish Edith and Jan many more nice guests and maybe we will come back again.

Super stay and perfect for families with children

This accommodation is spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The reception is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The pool is beautiful and the sea is a 1-minute walk away (due to the heat, it might take 2 minutes if you walk a bit slower :) )
Everything has been thought of; beach towels, a storage room full of beach items such as umbrellas, chairs, and toys for the little ones. There is also plenty to do nearby! Good restaurants, nice shops, and beautiful places to visit!
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

It doesn't get any better!

My family and I rate this vacation rental with more than 10 out of 10 stars. We had a very nice time with Edith and Jan. There was more than enough toys for our son. To describe the property briefly, it is cozy and perfectly located. The beach is directly behind the house and is also ideal for children, as the water is shallow and calm. I would also like to award all available points to Edith and Jan. Such great and friendly people are no longer common these days. Simple and fast communication. We will come back!

Great vacation apartment for families with children.

We had a wonderful summer vacation, the apartment is great:
* The pool is often completely for oneself, it is big and clean with a nice lawn for sunbathing.
* Fenced parking lot with electric gate.
* Great beach that slopes gently.
* Quiet residential area, no mass tourism, no loud parties, even the beach is quite empty.
* The apartment is well equipped (sunshades, towels also for the beach, washing machine, swim noodles, bicycles, sand buckets, great pans that you don't have to scrub forever, coffee machine and more, big fridge....)
* Good location for trips to Alicante, Valencia, etc.
We had such a great time and wish Edith and Jan all the best, we would definitely love to come back!

Had a fantastic holiday!

Had a wonderful vacation in apartment Almadrava Sol! We were personally welcomed by the friendly landlords with whom we had great contact. The apartment itself is clean and well-equipped. The location is perfect. The apartment is 70 meters from the beach. The beach is large and quiet, and with the clear water and sandy bottom, it's great for swimming. Near the apartment, there is a large Lidl, and there is a cozy little restaurant within a 5-minute walk where you can enjoy nice food and drinks (with live music on Saturday evenings!).
At the apartment, there are bicycles that we used. We cycled to the town of Denia, which is a beautiful route of 35 minutes. But the town is also accessible by taxi.
We were very happy with the beach chairs and cooler that we could use and take to the beach. We had an incredibly fun week and we are definitely planning to book again next year!

Beautiful vacation, in the beautiful Dénia.

Dear Edith and dear Jan,

We had a wonderful time in your apartment. The location of the apartment is great, you can quickly reach the beach where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets. If you prefer a great sandy beach, you can drive a few minutes by car and have a beautiful gently sloping sandy beach - just right for toddlers.

The great pool in the complex, which was cleaned daily, speaks for itself. We practically had it all to ourselves, as the other residents of the complex hardly used it.

We had two tiny complaints regarding cleanliness, which concerned the dishes and the carpet in the living room. Edith and Jan gladly accepted our "criticism" and are willing to double-check everything!

The kitchen was well equipped, from dishes to the refrigerator, including ice packs for the cooler bag and a washing machine.

The wonderful contact with Edith and Jan should be particularly emphasized. We were warmly welcomed, and a small welcome gift was ready. It is evident that Edith and Jan care about their guests feeling comfortable in the apartment! We mentioned in advance that we were arriving with our 2-year-old son. When we entered the apartment, a travel crib was ready, as well as toys and beach toys. Our son loved it!

We would recommend the apartment at any time and will definitely come back!

Thank you very much for the hospitality to Dan and Edith.
The apartments are exactly as shown in the photo, and the description reflects reality.
There is a closed parking lot for the car, and the sea is accessible on foot. There are two balconies with tables and a clean pool.
The beach is clean and suitable for both children and adults. Many locals relax on the beach, which adds a special touch. The apartments have everything you need for a pleasant stay (plenty of dishes, glasses, knives, towels, pans, pots, a coffee machine, a washing machine). Beach towels, sun umbrellas, chairs, and even a refrigerator for the beach. Were we satisfied?
