This spacious countryside holiday cottage nestled in Salviac, located near Sarlat in the Dordogne, is set on a former agricultural estate of over 20 hectares, offering open views, privacy, and a peaceful rural atmosphere. Designed for families and groups, the house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, making it ideal for relaxed stays surrounded by nature.

On the ground floor, the home features a large dining and living area with a sofa and TV, creating a welcoming space for shared meals and evenings together, and a fully equipped kitchen. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout, and there is also a convenient separate WC on this level.
