The very well and child-friendly furnished holiday home consists of a kitchen, living room, 2 separate bedrooms, shower room, guest toilet and storage room.
It is approx. 90m² in size and furnished for 4 people.
A large terrace and a lawn for playing and sunbathing invite you to sunbathe.
A private parking space is available.

The holiday home is located in a quiet street. In about 15 minutes you can walk to the city of Norden, an Aldi, Lidl, the department stores' "Combi" and other shops

To the beach, to Norddeich, you can cycle on traffic-calmed streets in about 15 minutes. There you will find children's playgrounds, the seal lift station and the adventure pool. From Norddeich Mole you can take the boat to Norderney.
You must bring your own bed linen and towels; however, they can also be rented for a small fee.
Norden is a charming town with a lot to offer:
Pedestrian zone with many shopping possibilities, restaurants for every taste, festivals , markets, museums.
Due to its direct location by the sea, this region has a healthy and restful stimulating climate.

Simply great

I can highly recommend this mid-terrace house with a clear conscience. The location is quiet, very clean, very good beds and slightly firmer mattresses, almost like new. The equipment was top-notch, we didn't miss anything, everything was available in the kitchen and everything was very clean. Sometimes I felt like we just did a house swap :-) On our next North Sea vacation, we will see if it is available again.

Super Tolles Ferienhaus

We stayed as a family of three in this holiday home for a week in July. The house is really very clean and tidy, the furnishings and the location are also great. I am actually a very picky person, but we all felt very comfortable there and would have liked to stay longer. We will definitely come back and try to get this holiday home again. Thank you very much.
