Villa Nona is a new, beautiful, modernly designed luxury villa. Besides its original design, the interior is equipped with high-quality and carefully designed furniture. The property consists of a living room with a view of the crystal-clear swimming pool and nicely cultivated garden. The living room also has an exit to a beautiful covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, perfect for meals with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. The dining room and living room are on the ground floor and one double bedroom with its own bathroom. Three other double en-suite bedrooms with their own bathroom are located on the first floor. Air conditioning is available in each bedroom and in the living room. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also provided and free. In the garden, you can enjoy sun loungers by the 35 m2 swimming pool. In the immediate vicinity of the villa (50 m), there is a famous restaurant offering local specialties, as well as an adrenaline park. We can guarantee that this will be a vacation you won't forget!

Villa Nona is situated in the small village of Kringa, located above the Lim Fjord. For centuries shrouded in secrets and legends about vampires, it is, therefore, an all the more frequent destination for tourists. It is well known for the hiking trails of the stone walls, which are the trademark of the place. Near Kringa is Tinjan, the center of the municipality and the Istrian prosciutto. The owner is engaged in the production of Istrian pasta. Kringa is an ideal location close to all major touristic village in Istria, 20-min drive you need to get to the west cost of Istria.
