Casa Levante is a lovely stone house (Rustico) on the Poggio Al Vento, with private fenced garden and a beautiful gazebo, providing best possible privacy.
From the house you have a magnificent panoramic view of the typical hilly landscape of the Maremma, with meadows, fields, vineyards and olive groves.
On the ground floor is the kitchen with a fireplace, a bathroom with shower, a room with a washing machine as well as a room is a bed for two people.
Through an internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and in one of them there is a toilet with sink.
In 100 m distance and also with stunning panorama is the pool, which is also used by the other guests of the 4 apartments of Poggio Al Vento.

First holiday in Italy with grandchildren and dog
The house: We are not really friends of superlatives, but we allow ourselves this exception. Spacious, very clean (almost meticulous), tasteful furnishings and everything you need in a holiday home. Wonderfully landscaped grounds with a fantastic view of the typical Maremma landscape. The pool is well maintained and there is a small sports field for the children.
We have years of experience with holiday homes and this one is at the top of our rating

A warm welcome by the landlords Barbara and Cesare Agostini, who take excellent care of the cleanliness of the complex and the well-being of the tenants. It can happen that a bag with products from their garden is hanging on the door handle in the morning. Your wines, which can be bought from Barbara, are highly recommended. The white wine is a poem
