Within walking distance of the dunes (10 minutes), the beach and the vibrant city center of Renesse (20 minutes) lies this beautiful detached vacation home for 6 persons. The beach is only five minutes away by bike. In high season you can also use the free electric beach bus. The house has a quiet location on Park De Sprong. In the sunny garden you can enjoy the sun undisturbed all day. Even if the weather is sometimes slowing down, you can sit outside on the covered terrace.
The bright, newly furnished kitchen-living room has a dining set for 8 people and a sitting area with a cozy fireplace. There is SMART TV where you can receive NETFLIX (through your own account) and a variety of German channels. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts, including a 4-burner gas cooktop, a refrigerator, an oven and a dishwasher. Next to the dining area is an extra room where you can wonderfully relax in the hammock. From the kitchen-living room you enter the sunny, wind-protected terrace with lounge corner. The covered terrace has a garden group. Here you can start the day with breakfast and finish the evening in style at the barbecue
Through the hallway you reach the bedroom with double bed (with 2 mattresses of 1Mx2M) and the modern bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. In the hallway there is another separate toilet.
On the 1st floor is the spacious, bright living room. Here is a comfortable corner couch, a desk and SMART TV (including NETFLIX). The two bedrooms on the 1st floor have a double box spring bed. There are enough closets. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
The cottage is centrally heated. A washing machine is on site. You can park next to the house. In the garden is a garden shed, where you can park their bikes, for example.

Location and surroundings of object
Near the park De Sprong is a supermarket (about 200 m.), which is open during the season. There you can buy your fresh rolls and newspaper in the morning. The park is a stone's throw away from the nature area De Vroongronden. Here you can enjoy cycling through a wild dune landscape, surrounded by wild cattle, horses and deer. In the surrounding area you will find everything for a successful vacation. The center of Renesse offers a wide range of restaurants and nice little stores for shopping. Water sports enthusiasts will also enjoy the nearby Grevelingen Lake.
