Description
In superior edge of town is my 3 - bedroom cottage in a small village. We have much more a small play area in the nursery with children\'s furniture, painting board, toys and a winding shelf. In the village there are two small playgrounds. When times go out the clean clothes, you can use the washing machine and dryer at the reception. Amidst the beautiful cultural landscape with meadows, fields and forests, the small village nestled on a hillside in a quiet neighborhood. The quality of my house has been confirmed in DTV with 3 stars. Found in my house up to 5 people. Dog friends with your four-legged friends are welcome too and we can enjoy the holidays with your dog. If you need in your holiday connection to the worldwide network, you can come with our UMTS modem and your laptop to the Internet.
Beautiful furnished living and dining area with 3 seater sofa and single seater, wall unit with books and accessories, flat-TV-81 inches, DVD recorders, radio-CD player, large dining area with corner couch and chairs, dresser and wardrobe.
Fully functional kitchen equipped with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, raclette, electric grill, 12-person dishes, small appliances, etc.
The bedroom has a double bed, night tables, 3-door wardrobe and large mirror.
Functionally fitted bathroom with shower, hair dryer, toilet, vanity unit and mirror.
Beautiful covered terrace and lockable (dogs and small children can not run away) with seating, large table, chairs and umbrella.
To the dear children\'s sake, smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
Prices are per house included, free swimming pool entrance during the summer months and cleaning. The tax is paid locally per person per day.

Quiet location in the Village \"nature Stamsried\"with 25 log cabins in alpine style and reception. Direct access to long distance walking and cycling network. Playground with table tennis, slide, seesaw, swing and sandbox with play house in the village. Kürnburg ruins and forest adventure trails in the area. Short walk to the center of Stamsried. Stamsried is a nationally recognized documented resort. It is found in the village shops, many restaurants, swimming in natural swimming pool, huge spa in the hotel Pusl, carriage rides, a variety of events, historical castle and churches, badminton, barefoot, botanical trail, library, curling rink, bowling alley, Celtic tree circle, Kneipp pool in the Kirchbachaue, force path Stamsried, inline hall, mini golf, fruit trail, parish church of St. John the Baptist, bike paths, horse riding, shooting, tennis / sports court. Now we have also created five loop trails with Geocaching to Stamsried that is tailored for beginners and the curious. Super equipment. Very clean. Ambience as good as new. Quiet location directly by the forest, ideal for slowing down. Suitable for children. We will come again.

Familienurlaub
Due to its convenient location near the forest, peace and relaxation are guaranteed here. There is plenty of space for children to play on various playgrounds or to explore in the surrounding area.
