Beautiful property with very well maintained garden. Covered barbecue area. The house was designed as a holiday home and is therefore PERFECT for Irish holidays in Bulgaria. The house has its own pool (9 x 5m).

Bryastovets is a picturesque little village Km from Burgas. Cherries, nectarines, almonds and wine are grown in the surrounding area. There are many excursion possibilities, 2 water parks. Everything is close and easy to reach. A car is recommended for your holiday in Villa Knox. You can arrive with your own car or we can help you with rental cars. There are many places worth visiting and they are all close by. You will find us in the village every day and we are happy to help with travel and tourist information. Villa Knox is located in a small village called Bryatsovets. The village is on the main road to Sunstand and Nessebar, both famous resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, both about 25 km away. Burgas airport is only about 15km from the holiday home and Burgas town is only 20 from the holiday home. On the outskirts of the town you will find several large supermarkets, so you can shop quickly and cheaply for your holiday. In the village you will find a shop and a few pubs where the food is offered at very reasonable prices - the village is about away from the tourist centres like Sunny Beach and Burgas and the food is offered at prices that are cheap even for Bulgaria.
