Well-located and well-maintained vacation home with a 7-person outdoor hot tub (summer) and panoramic views of the Limfjord, both inside and outside, located only about 100 meters from the fjord and about 900 meters from the ferry terminal at Branden. The cottage's outdoor area/garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation to the fullest, as well as the opportunity for ball games and play. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book while enjoying the view of the fjord or watching the kids play in the garden. The house offers comfortable lounge furniture, garden furniture, table and bench sets, and sun loungers. The house's activities provide ample opportunity for many hours of entertainment for both children and adults. There is a pool table, a table tennis table that can be placed on top of the pool table, and electronic darts in the house's newly renovated garage. In addition, there is a mini table with three different games, including table football and air hockey. Kitchen/family room with ceramic hob, separate oven with grill, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, separate freezer, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There is a high chair for the little ones. Please note: The outdoor spa is only open from April 1 to November 1. It is closed during the winter and cannot be used. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. Perfect for our group of friends! The living area was large enough for all of us to be comfortably together, and we appreciated the fast Wi-Fi for planning our days. The nearby Færker Hede was great for morning walks!

Spacious and clean, the holiday home was perfect for our family gathering. I liked that each bedroom had enough beds, and the living area was great for socializing. The terrace was nice for morning coffee too! Just a note, if you are a light sleeper, the street noise can sometimes be a bit much. Overall a good stay.

We had a great time at the holiday home in Roslev. It was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was a highlight for us, as we could prepare meals together and enjoy them outside on the terrace.

This holiday home really exceeded our expectations. The three bedrooms were comfortable, and a washing machine was a huge bonus! We also enjoyed the nearby dining options like Fur Kaffe og the, which were just a short drive away.
