Renovated pool house located between Hals and Hou in a quiet, family-friendly area, just 600 meters from a particularly child-friendly sandy beach. This holiday home offers a well-thought-out layout ideal for family stays. The spacious open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, which features a cozy wood-burning stove and a climate-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The house has three bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed, a second room with a bunk bed, and a third room with two single beds. In addition, there is a loft under the sloping roof with two more sleeping spaces, primarily suited for children. Although there is no traditional TV reception, a Chromecast is available for streaming your own content via a laptop or smartphone. The generous pool area is located at one end of the house and includes a slide for children, a whirlpool, and direct access to a smaller bathroom and a sauna, offering relaxation and wellness for the whole family. Outside, the property features a very large terrace and a 1,000 m² natural plot with plenty of space for outdoor games and activities. This holiday home combines indoor comfort, wellness amenities, and outdoor space in a peaceful setting near the coast, making it ideal for families seeking relaxation, fun, and nature. Short way to the beach. The house was very cozy and super clean. The pool was the highlight for the kids. Nice large property. Cozy evenings by the fireplace. We would love to take the house again anytime. Recommendations: The beach is very beautiful and close to the house. Shopping can be done very well in Hals, which is 3 km away. Aalborg is great for shopping. The zoo in Aalborg is super beautiful. Farup Sommerland is also great for small children, as they are allowed to ride all the roller coasters there.
