There are plenty of parking spaces available directly on the vacation complex. A 61 square meter apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and guest WC awaits you.

The vacation complex is located approx. 1.3 km from Bad Zwischenahner Meer on a spacious, quiet area on Wiefelsteder Straße and is an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling tours. There are more than 380 km of signposted cycle paths and more than 60 km of footpaths. The Zwischenahner Meer with its various marinas can be reached on foot within 10-15 minutes.
Bad Zwischenahn is the largest municipality in the Ammerland region and is becoming increasingly popular due to the wide range of recreational and leisure activities on offer. There are restaurants, cafés, stores, a swimming pool and a golf course in the immediate vicinity. The city of Oldenburg can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car. Enjoy a shopping tour through Bad Zwischenahn, even on Sundays. Especially in May, when the rhododendrons are in bloom, the beauty of this area unfolds.
There is a very good gastronomic offer for guests on site, which increases further towards the city center. In addition to a casino (Jagdhaus Aiden), there is also the so-called Rododendron Park for nature lovers. The municipality of Bad Zwischenahn (Low German: Twüschenahn) is located in the south-east of the district of Ammerland and borders on the neighboring municipalities of Wiefelstede (to the north-east), Edewecht (to the south), the town of Oldenburg (to the south-east) and the district town of Westerstede (to the north-west). Today, the municipality is divided into 18 Bauerschaften and has around 28,000 inhabitants. It is the most populous municipality in the district of Ammerland. The main town and administrative center is Bad Zwischenahn.
The heart of the municipality is the Zwischenahner Meer. With an area of 540 hectares, it is the third largest inland body of water in Lower Saxony after the Steinhuder Meer and the Dümmer. With an average water depth of 3.3 meters, it reaches a maximum depth of 6 meters above a layer of digested mud of the same thickness. The Zwischenahner Meer was created by the collapse of an underlying salt dome.
The municipality of Bad Zwischenahn is located in the North Oldenburg-East Frisian Geest region. While wet meadows can be found in the lowlands (valleys), arable land has been cultivated on the sandy ridges since the early Middle Ages. In order to restore nutrients to the soil, which had been depleted by monocereal cultivation, so-called plaggen was cut out of the humus-rich grassland and, enriched with animal excrement, spread on the arable land as plaggen fertilizer. In this way, the geest ridges became plaggen-fertilized marsh. Over the course of time, the application of plaggen significantly increased the surface area of the marshes. The valley floors are often flooded, which is due to the clay below the Ammerländer Geest.
The Eschfluren were originally divided into longitudinal strips for cultivation and surrounded by hedgerows for protection. The old villages of the municipality of Bad Zwischenahn developed along their edges. Later (around 1800), newer expansion areas of these villages were added, recognizable by the ending -feld(e). Finally, the ending -fehn in Petersfehn points to its origins as a moorland colony, which developed in the middle of the 19th century.
The Leda-Jümme lowlands south of the Ammerländer Geest consist mainly of moorland. The large moors of Ekerner Moor, Speckener Moor and Kayhauser Moor, which belong to the municipality of Bad Zwischenahn, are part of the Vehnemoor as northern foothills. Thanks to the moorland areas, Bad Zwischenahn was able to profit economically from the extraction of peat and was later developed into a state-approved moorland spa.
Today, the landscape is characterized by the tree nurseries found throughout the Ammerland, which find excellent conditions in this area, especially due to the coastal climate (high humidity, mild winters). Rhododendrons in particular, fleshy-leaved hardwoods from the rainy regions of the Himalayas, find the moist air they need to grow here. Arable land (including tree nurseries and horticultural businesses) accounts for around 23% of the municipality's area.
Around 35% of the municipal area is used as pastureland or meadows. These areas include in particular the cultivated areas of the former raised bogs. A good 10% of the municipal area is covered by forests and copses. The largest contiguous forest area is the Wold near Bloh. It is approx. 250 hectares in size and offers the "Woldsee" quarry pond, a popular natural swimming area in summer.

Hallo, der Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus war sehr angenehm. Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten worauf sie achten sollten. Die Sonnenschirmhalterung müsste festgeschaubt werden, Trinkgläser sollten da sein sowie Müllbeutel zum auswechseln. Die Halterung für die Dusche ist locker. Wir würden Ihre Anlage auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. MfG K. Mersch

Einen Korkenzieher, Sonst ist alles sehr gut sortiert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, vor allem die großen Gläser haben uns gefallen, da schmecken Sekt und Wein gleich nochmal so gut :-)

Die Fensterscheibe war defekt. Die Unterkunft war in beiden Zimmer in den Ecken mit Insekten übersät. Ich konnte ohne einen Staubsauger die Insekten leider nicht selbst entfernen. Der Mülleimer war nicht festgeschraubt, so dass er uns anfangs sehr oft herausfiel. Es waren keine Eierbecher vorhanden. Leider gab es nur 2 Bügel für die Bademäntel. Die Aufteilung des Kleiderschrankes war unzweckmäßig (es fehlen mehr Fächer) und viel zu hoch. Die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer war sehr grell und unangenehm. Es gab in der Internetbeschreibung keine Fotos von dem Sofa und vom Schlafzimmer. Ich konnte nicht erkennen, dass die Dusche mit Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer ist. Die Jalousie im Schlafzimmer passte nicht, so dass es nachts sehr hell war. Leider war kein Seifenspender/Spülmittel zum Abwaschen/Haushaltsrolle vorhanden. Ein Esszimmerstuhl wackelt. Unsere Kurkarten waren im Haus nicht hinterlegt. Die Fotos/das Haus entsprach nicht den Fotos im Internet. Ich hatte ein anderes gemietet. Ein Feiler auf der Terrasse ist lose. Die Sitzmöbel auf der Terrasse sind unbequem, da die Rückenlehne zu kurz ist.

All in all, we quite enjoyed the holiday. The apartment is very modern. The bathing lake by the house was disappointing - could not be used. The whole area around Bad Zwischenahn is beautiful. Unfortunately, the property is far outside the city. The surroundings can be explored very well by bike.

The set-up of the sauna via Wi-Fi worked. Once I programmed the sauna from my phone using mobile data. I also received the feedback that everything was okay with the wish to spend a pleasant time (or something similar). When we entered the sauna at the pre-set time, it was cold.

Otherwise, we had a very relaxing holiday in a great atmosphere. The whole facility and the ponds are fantastic. We would love to come back for the relaxation and well-being. But as mentioned, the small details need improvement. Thank you in advance. Since we are passionate cyclists, it was no problem for us to ride the 4 km to Bad Zwischenahn. All in all - a super relaxing short break.

The accommodation was very nice, we felt very comfortable in the quiet surroundings. Everything is brand new, the sofa and chairs are very comfortable. The terrace is wonderfully equipped. Some additional things should still be completed: there are no hangers, a waste bin would make sense in the bathroom area, large coffee cups and simple drinking glasses would be nice, as well as dish soap in the kitchen and suitable trash bags. A curtain to darken the door in the bedroom is very important, it gets bright in the bedroom early in the morning, then I couldn't sleep anymore. The bathroom without separation takes some getting used to, but it was less of a problem for us. Many thanks for Mr. Neteler's assistance in setting up the TV!

Overall, we really liked the accommodation and would love to come back. However, for the price of the overnight stay, cleanliness should be perfect from the beginning. We particularly appreciated that everything (sauna) could be conveniently reserved online. We also found the property's website with all information to be very good. Contactless key handover also worked great.

I can't rate the contact with the team. Because there was none. It just wasn't necessary. The only thing I would have to complain about is the toilet brush. Otherwise everything was great. :) The view was simply calming and very idyllic.

The shower cabin in the bedroom is very stylish but not practical at all. 1. If you like to sleep cool, it's uncomfortably cold to shower in the same room. 2. You can only shower when your partner is awake! It would be great to have a place to put clothes (additional chair?) in the bedroom.

Hello, the stay in your house was very pleasant. There are only small things you should pay attention to. The umbrella holder should be tightened, drinking glasses should be available, as well as garbage bags for replacement. The shower holder is loose.

large coffee mugs and simple drinking glasses would be nice, as well as washing-up liquid in the kitchen and matching bin liners. A curtain to darken the door in the bedroom would be very important, it is already bright in the bedroom early in the morning, I could not sleep then.
The bedroom without a partition takes some getting used to, for us less of a problem.

However, for the price of the accommodation, the cleanliness should be right from the start.
We found it very positive that everything could be booked online (sauna). We also found the hotel's own website with all the information very good.
