Gemütliche kleine Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr könnte besser sein. Die Treppe ist sehr steil und nur für kleinere Hunde geeignet, die getragen werden können.

Pleasant, bright, and cozy apartment with space for 3 people. The sun terrace is well integrated. The kitchen is functionally furnished and equipped with high-quality appliances, but the work surface is very small. One should consider the steepness of the stairs to the apartment. Not every dog will be able to manage the stairs, and the stairs are a rather greater obstacle for people with foot ailments. Since the apartment is located on the top floor, it generally heats up quite quickly, but it can be quickly regulated through draft ventilation due to the many windows.

The cozy apartment is high quality furnished and has a large number of kitchen utensils. There is sufficient space for two people with a dog. Storage options for bicycles including a dog trailer are available in the garden house. The distance to shopping facilities, the beach, etc. is short, and there is also a dog exercise area and forest areas very close by. Nevertheless, you live in a very quiet, well-established environment. We felt very comfortable and would always take the apartment again.
