Renovated with great love for traditional architecture, this villa offers the perfect balance between comfort and historic charm. Spacious and tastefully decorated, Villa Dunatić can accommodate up to seven guests seeking an authentic holiday experience in a historic setting, where Mediterranean roots are carefully preserved and highlighted.
The house encompasses 150 sqm of living space, spread over three floors, each with its own character and purpose. The ground floor houses the central living area with a spacious kitchen, a dining room with a table for seven people, and a living room with a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV. For the comfort of the guests, there is also a WC on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances that make cooking easy, while the rustic design emphasizes the historical character of the house. From the dining room and kitchen, you can directly access the covered outdoor terrace, where another dining table for seven people awaits, ideal for outdoor meals. On the terrace, there is also a stone grill for preparing delicious Mediterranean dishes. The terrace is equipped with a sun umbrella and sun loungers, allowing you to relax in the shade or enjoy the sun by the pool. On the first floor of Villa Dunatić, there is an additional dining area connected to a second kitchen. The spacious living area with a sofa and a table for social evenings is perfect for quiet evenings or relaxed afternoons. This floor also features two tastefully furnished bedrooms with selected antique furniture and restored details that give the room a cozy feel and an authentic touch of the past. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available. In every corner, the historical character is palpable, as carefully restored details emphasize the cultural history of the region.
On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds. The rooms are designed to offer guests tranquility and privacy, with another bathroom located in between. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with bed linen and towels for guests. An additional bed for a seventh person can be provided upon request, allowing flexibility for larger families or groups of friends.
The surroundings of Villa Dunatić are a true oasis of peace, adorned with Mediterranean plants that offer visitors an authentic nature experience and introduce the local vegetation. The garden pool is the perfect place for refreshment on hot summer days, surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and a parasol that offer protection from the sun. Fantastically beautiful holiday home
Very nice hosts. Fantastic pool. Very clean and well-equipped accommodation (rustic and typical of the country). Barbecue fireplace available. A bit remote but good for relaxing. Car is a must! Shopping and the beach can only be reached by car.
