Villa O`Lucky is a Traditional, more than 100 years old stone house on two floors with a beautiful green garden, a large swimming pool, a tavern for socializing and three terraces where you can sunbathe or just enjoy. It has been renovated with an exceptional sense of tradition and purely in coastal style. If you are interested in a vacation in a newly furnished and renovated traditional stone house, equipped with all appliances for a comfortable stay, Villa O`Lucky is perfect for you.
Since you will spend most of your time outdoors during your summer vacation, next to the villa you will find a shady, green terrace equipped with a table for 10 people, a beautiful stone fireplace and a gas grill. Next to the garden there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and deck chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. One of the most beautiful details of the villa is the second and third terrace, which you can reach via a staircase. The first outdoor terrace is intended for sunbathing, while the third covered terrace is mainly for social gatherings. In front of the holiday house is also a parking area in front of the house behind the walls, which is also used for outdoor games and table tennis. An important part of the villa is the traditional tavern “konoba”, which you enter from the shady terrace. The space is suitable for socializing and entertainment. The total outdoor area is 550 m2.
The interior of the house is furnished in antique style with accessories. The villa is on two levels - first floor and second floor, with a total size of 140 m2. On the first floor there is one of the bedrooms with private bathroom and private entrance. Suitable for three people. As the aforementioned tavern is also located on the first floor. It is equipped with a kitchen, dining area, a room for socializing and a toilet for guests. The kitchen has a sink, refrigerator, gas stove and the necessary utensils for preparing food. In the social area you have a sofa and a very large dining area
On the second floor there is a common area with a kitchen, dining room and living room with a comfortable sofa and LED TV with SAT channels and a freestanding wood fireplace. The dining room is equipped with a dining table for four people and the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances - stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker and all necessary dishes.
On the second floor there are also three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and one with a larger (120/200) and two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a sink, a toilet and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are ready for you upon arrival.
The villa is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi and heating if needed, which makes it suitable for a vacation in the colder months. There is one parking space next to the house in a closed stone fence and three more parking spaces next to the house on a private property. The house is fully fenced and also suitable for a vacation with a dog.
Only 2000 m from the house is the center of Šilo, where you can find various bars, stores, a market, a bakery, an information center, playgrounds for children, as well as the beach and the sea. Clean sea, well-kept pebble and sandy beaches are a true paradise for you.
