The location is very interesting for exploring the open-cast lignite mining as well as the Lusatian Lakeland.
The cities of Berlin and Dresden are also less than 1.5 hours away by car or train.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Security Deposit The agreed-upon security deposit must be paid in advance through a bank transfer. Assuming no damages have occurred, the deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer within a maximum of 2 weeks after departure. Payment of the Rent The booking is only binding once the agreed-upon deposit has been received in our bank account. The agreed deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 6 months before arrival and communicated in writing. For cancellations: a) at least 3 months before arrival, 50%, b) at least 8 weeks before arrival, 75%, c) less than 8 weeks before arrival, 100% of the agreed total price for the entire booking period will be charged as cancellation fees/damage compensation. The balance of the rent must be paid to our account no later than 45 days before arrival. If the tenant terminates their stay early for reasons that the landlord is not responsible for, the landlord's claim for payment of the rent for the entire original rental period remains valid. This also applies if an eviction is issued due to repeated violations of the house rules.

The mixture of active mining, cycling holidays and water tourism has a special flair and is unique in Germany.

Really great!
The owner is very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is new, very clean and nicely furnished. Our group had a good time there. Highly recommended! :)
