In a beautiful and peaceful, natural area in Marielyst you will find this cottage with large swimming pool, whirlpool for 4 people and a sauna. Open kitchen with fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, the kitchen is combined with the living room, which contains i.a. stereo with CD, DVD player, TV and cable TV. There is also the Nintendo Wii for the kids' enjoyment. There is a high chair and cot for the little ones. The interior of the house with two sleeping compartments with four double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms makes it suitable for 2 families. In the pool area you will find a 21 m2 swimming pool, a whirlpool for 4 people and a beautiful area to have fun for many hours. Good bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. There is a washer and dryer as well as energy saving air / air heat pump and wood burning stove. There are 2 air / air heat pumps and an air / water heat pump for the pool water. Large terrace area with plenty of space for cosiness, barbecue, sunbathing etc. Nice big reason for a lot of space for ball games, hide and seek games etc. Not for rent to youth groups.
