This exclusive holiday flat Meerblick 1 offers 74sqm of space for a relaxing holiday with the whole family.
The holiday flat has been lovingly designed and offers a wonderful living ambience with stylish accessories.
The living-dining area is open and modern.
The fitted kitchen has an integrated dining area and offers direct access to the comfortably furnished living area. It has exclusive equipment: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment as well as accessories in upscale equipment. The living area is equipped with a flat screen, Blu-Ray player and CD/radio player. The dining area leads to the balcony, from which you have a beautiful view of the North Sea.
The holiday flat has a master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a children's/young people's bedroom with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m).
To make our little guests feel comfortable, the children's room is equipped with all kinds of toys, books, board games and painting materials. Playing on the beach is also taken care of. (e.g. sand toys, etc.)
The bathroom shines with, among other things, a modern, floor-to-ceiling shower and brand new sanitary facilities.
The floors in the entire flat are either laminate or tiled. This makes the flat particularly suitable for allergy sufferers.
The living room window front is equipped with solar control glass (70% light transmission) and pleated blinds with Perlex coating.
The flat has its own parking space.
There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer on the same floor. Both appliances are coin-operated. All holiday flats are equipped with a smoke detector. In addition, there is a fire extinguisher in the hallway. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Highchairs (Tripp Trapp), travel cots with mattresses, bouncer and prams can be provided free of charge on request.
This flat is (almost always) also bookable for short stays with daily arrival.
Once you have parked your car here, you will no longer need it in principle. You will find everything you need for a successful holiday practically right on your doorstep: the beautiful beach, great restaurants, supermarket, ice cream parlour, bakery, etc.... We ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in the holiday flat. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Everything's great
We were there in October. The reception was very nice, a welcome prosecco was also a gift from the house, everything was very clean, very cozy, and lovingly furnished. Just like in the pictures. Everything was there, from dish tabs, dish soap, to toilet paper, everything we needed was provided. We felt very comfortable. The contact was also very friendly. It can only be recommended. We will come more often if possible. I wish everyone a nice holiday too.
