Description

Open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, microwave, fridge(+ freezer), washing machine), Living/bed room(TV(satellite, german television channels), DVD player, CD player, stereo unit), bedroom(2x single bed), bedroom(single bed), bedroom(single bed), bathroom(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), heating(electric), terrace, BBQ, play equipment

Cottage located on plot with lawn. For the children there are play equipment outside and various board games inside the house. There have been no pets in the house since the renovation in 2016, which is why it is hypoallergenic. However, the house has carpets under the tables. The house with its three bedrooms is suitable for the large family or two pairs of friends. Not for rent to youth groups.

Cancellation terms:

  • General Conditions
  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
