In the Brandenburg village of Kagar, located at the southern tip of the Mecklenburg Lake District, you will find a roughly 10,000 sqm natural site with several small bungalows, each about 35 sqm in size.
Each house has a combined living and sleeping area as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a shower bathroom.
There are bungalows with either two single beds (100 cm or 90 cm) or with a 160 cm wide double bed.
All bungalows are equipped with a television. Wi-Fi included.

Kagar is located in the middle of a landscape characterised by lakes and forest, which invites you to explore it on foot or by bicycle.
Our bungaows are located in the middle of the village on a beautiful and unspoilt 10,000 square metre site and all have a terrace where you can relax.
People who are interested in nature and tranquillity will find what they are looking for here
A large, interconnected network of waterways makes extensive canoe trips possible. The public jetty is diagonally opposite on the other side of the road.
Those who enjoy swimming or fishing will also get their money's worth. A large bathing meadow at Großer Zermittensee (with a volleyball court and a small diving tower) can be reached by bicycle through the forest in five minutes.
The town of Rheinsberg, about 12 km from Kagar, has a lot to offer in terms of culture, such as Rheinsberg Castle, its park, the Chamber Opera with its annual festival in the castle park, the Tucholsky Archive and much more.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of withdrawal, there is an obligation to compensate for the damage incurred to us from the day the booking is confirmed by the landlord until the 121st day before the start of the rental with no compensation; from the 120th day to the 61st day before the start of the rental the amount of the deposit; from the 60th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental 50% of the total price; from the 14th day to the 8th day before the start of the rental 80% of the total price. If withdrawal occurs less than eight days before the start of the rental, the full travel price must be paid. The receipt date of the withdrawal notice will be considered. Any amounts already paid will be credited. A substitute person, who will enter into the contract under the stated conditions, can be provided by the tenant. A written notification from the tenant and the landlord’s consent to this process are required for this.
